S&F 15 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade with all fittings for water supply pipes etc fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing the old steel tubing of 15 mm bore duly cleaning including fittings/connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc.) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Serviceable pipes with fittings obtained from sl item No 1 shall be re-used in this item and quoted rate shall also inclusive of new fittings if any required.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick to soffit of RCC slabs (Ceiling) in cement mortar 1:4 surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding if required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness, any position etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes: The amount of Rs 1,09,918.00 against schedule of credit given on Tender Serial Page No 39(R) shall be deducted from the total amount quoted by the contractor against BOQ while deriving the contract sum for acceptance.
