Taking down or dismantling existing meter box and S&F sheet moulded compound (SMC) meter box fire retardant type of size not less than 600x600x200mm to enclose 04 Nos single phase electric meters with hinged type front operated door having transparent acrylic sheet and proper locking arrangement, flush mounting in wall, making electrical connections including cleaning of disturbed area and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Laying only in trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through pipe serviceable cables retrieved under srl item 21 and making connection to MCCB, Bus Bar of LT Panel with suitable size of Aluminium Thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling carefully old LT panel any size by breaking the PCC and disconnecting all the connected cables, keeping aside for taking credit of unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB 100Amps 3Pole 415Volts, 16kA with adjustible thermal and adjustible magnetic setting, fixed in exisiting DB, making connection with cable by means of suitable size of thimbles complete all as apecified and directed.

Taking down carefully of old unserviceable earthing strips with porcelain insulators from roof top/wall by unscrewing screws complete all as directed.

S&F aluminium strip for lightening conductor of size 25x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws on roof/wall with porcelain insulators complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanised iron strip 32x 6mm buried in ground including connecting with nut, bolt and inter linking with earth point with protection pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F termination rod single pointed made of aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long fixing on roof with aluminium strip including taking down old unserviceable termination rod complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia long hex screws including taking down old unserviceable test point, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 32mm bore light grade galvanised steel tubing, grouted on floor with PCC block at junction point of aluminium strip to mount the air termination rod complete all as specified and directed. Note: PCC work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule(BOQ).

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.50m below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI light grade pipe 40mm bore as protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal and salt, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM (weighing n.less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with suitable steel handle, and angle iron 40X40X3mm frame and chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, testing on completion, all as shown on electric plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Earth strip & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil shall be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels .

All as per Srl item No 53 here in before but with 4.0mm dia galvanised earth lead wire with protection pipe of size 20mm bore.

Deduct Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 115330.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
