Supply and lay un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and spread dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I. Note:- Punned thickness of sand only shall be measured & paid.

Taking down / lifting up of disconnected defective 33/11 KV, 3 MVA outdoor type power transformer from MRSS Sub Station at Ins Vajrakosh for repairs and making good, record of the connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including comprises of the following :- (a) Draining out transformer oil in suitable capacity containers to be arranged by the contractor (b) Transportation/To and Fro charges for shifting of transformer from site to workshop and vice versa (e) Testing of transformer in the presence of JE at site before shifting and after commissioning. (f) Installing, connecting electrically, testing and commissioning including all necessary lugs, gaskets, etc. (g) All other connected and misc work as not specified else where and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: (i) All testing shall be carried out of competent agency approved by state/center electricity board (ii) All T & P and other matter required for testing shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to the department (iii) All test reports duly signed by competent Engineer/testing authority duly accepted by GE shall be submitted by contractor in duplicate. (iv) Any damage to insulators/bushes/windings etc while in the custody of the contractor shall be made good at no extra cost to govt. The serviceability of the transformer shall be checked and confirmed by the contractor before taking into his custody.
Material and labour for Strip opening of transformer, OLTC, disconnecting bushings, radiators and other accessories & testing of transformer at workshop in the presence of JE, opening of LV and HV windings for fault identification all as specified and directed. Note : The specific reasons of transformer failure and defects to be shown and reported to the JE.
M/L for overhauling of OLTC of 33/11 KV transformer of 3 MVA capacity by draining out of transformer oil of OLTC, dismatling of top cover, inspection of moving and fixed contacts of all three phases and checking the operation, cleaning and removal of contacts of all the three phases and checking the operation, cleaning and removing of all carbon particles, cleaning of contacts with emery paper, checking the tightens of leads in the OLTC board, and moving/fixed contacts. Inspection of transition resistance and replacement of gaskets/contacts etc if found damaged, reassembling complete, filling up of oil, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Spares will be measured and paid separately. Note : Contractor Must submit the BDV values before and after servicing the OLTC.
Supply and fix in replacement of old U/S Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures & conventional skull & bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT 25x20 cm size all as specified & as directed.
Material and labour for Testing of faulty HT UG cable up to 240 Sqmm by checking the insulation resistance using 10000v or above fault insulation locator tester along with route tracer all as specified and directed and identify any number of cable fault in a single stretch (from source to load) having minimum length of (up to) 1500 RM and pin point the fault location complete all as specified & as directed. Note: In single stretch having minimum length(up to) 1500 RM whatsoever Nos of fault shall be paid as each job

Material and labour for repair and servicing of HT (HT 33 KV or 11KV) two pole structure by replacing Aluminium PG clamps, GI bolts and nuts, pieces of ACSR conductor with insulation sleeve RYB of any size as jumpers and applying silicon compound for prevention of arcing due to dust/ salt deposits over the surfaces including preparation of surfaces, applying zinc chromate primer on rusted surfaces and applying one coat of aluminum paint to the entire structure complete all as directed. Note:-Rate quoted shall be inclusive of two coats of white wash on exposed concrete .
Material and labour Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint for fixing in two pole structure of 33 KV HT line. Note: The above item is to be fixed on two/ four pole structure of 33 KV HT line.

Notes for item Nos 26 to 30 : (i) The scope of work includes following :- (a) Checking of all clamps, nuts, bolts including core bolts & cover fixing bolts and Checking all the brazing, joints, tap heads and connection joints.. (b) Checking the Buchholz relay, conservator MOG, Arresting leakages of radiator assembly by brazing, Arresting wetting at interconnections by replacements of O rings etc complete. (c) Conducting the tests on core and windings as per IS like ratio, magnetic imbalance ,short circuit etc in presence of Eng-in-charge and test results shall be signed both by the contractor and Engineer-in-Charge and kept on the record. (d) Any damage to insulators/bushes/windings etc while in the custody of the contractor shall be made good at no extra cost to govt. The serviceability of the transformer shall be checked and confirmed by the contractor before taking into his custody. (e) The M/L for bushes,studs,Transformer oil drain valves silica gel breathers, cable box, replacement of major spares, repair/servicing of OLTC etc will be measured and paid separately .
Filtration of transformer oil of transformers installed at various locations to achieve di-electric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filtration plant, testing of the oil for the di-electric strength before filtration and after filtration complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and topping up of transformer oil with di-electric strength not less than 60 KV in to the conservator tank/ body tank of the transformer at various locations of Arga Naval Station complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for taking down HT switch gear (Vacuum circuit breaker) of capacity 11 KV 250/350 MVA , up to 1250 Amps after calibration of all protective relays, comprising of following repairs, servicing, carrying out preventive maintenance and refixing the same after repairs/ servicing: -
(a) Tripping off the breaker, lowering the breaker with raising/lowering handle and pulling out the breaker complete from the panel along with the trolley for servicing/inspection/overhauling
(b) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of automatic safety shutter operation for serviceability and replacement of spares if required.
(b) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of circuit spout and circuit spout connections for RYB phases and replacement of spares if required.
(c) Dismantling and checking of cross bar assembly, fixed contacts and current carrying parts of the breaker, trolley, insulated assembly and checking lamination with clamps, epoxy spout, isolator assembly etc.
(d) Setting, reassembling, cleaning, adjustment of fixed contacts, main contact, arcing contacts and chamber baffle pot assembly, moving contact for proper setting of auxiliary contacts operating mechanism.
(e) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of secondary sockets/busbar earthing plugs/earthing sockets and replacement of spares if required.
(f) Checking, setting and adjustment of lowering and raising operation of the breaker trolley.
(g) Lubrication and greasing of all moving parts of the trolley, stopper bolt for proper operating and closing of shutter gear, isolation resistance of trolley of with vacuum interrupter assembly.
(h) The inspection of HT switch gear shall involve:- (i) Inspection of truck & hoist assembly. (ii) Inspection of assembly & components of solenoid assembly. (iii) Inspection of assembly & components of dependent mechanism. (iv) Inspection of assembly & components of spring box mechanism. (v) Inspection of motor mechanism spring charge assembly (vi) Inspection of assembly of trip unit & related components, Make: ABB VCB.
Notes: (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, compound, to put in to the VCBs and panels in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Major spares like Breaker bushings, vacuum interrupter, busbar spout, busbar spout connections, circuit spout/circuit spout connections/buffer fixed contacts, moving contacts, solenoid spares, dependent/spring mechanism/ motor mechanism, trip unit etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A'. However the rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any other minor spares require replacement.
All as per Item No 30 above but of capacity 33 KV 250/350 MVA , up to 2000 Amps
Taking out ACB of Siemens make, of capacity 800A to 3200A Amps, 3pole , 415 volts,125 KA indoor type from its sub cubicle and carrying out routine maintenance as per manufacturer maintenance manual, examine the moving isolating contacts for any discoloration, cluster contacts, remove the arc chutes, check the SMC moulding are intact, examine the moving contacts main contacts silver tips, spring mechanism, clean all contacts with a suitable solvent and contacts regreased with multipurpose grease, all contacts setting checked, readjusted if required, and regreased with multipurpose grease, all tripping device like manual trip, under voltage, shunt trip release, over current and earth fault tripping device to be tested, readjusted and confirm all tripping device is in healthy condition, check and record IR value of ACB, with 1.1. KV LT megger calibrating ground fault / short cut, overload relays for tripping & timing complete and rendering test report all as specified and as directed.
NOTES for item Nos 30 to 32 : (i) The scope of work includes following :- (a) Inspection & cleaning the mechanism house (b) Operation of door interlock, interlocking plate & shutter operation inside of panel. (c) Check the Mechanical ON-OFF function, electrical & mechanical operation and damage part of VCB/ACB. (d) Re-greasing and oiling of breaker mechanism, adjustment of various mechanism setting as required, checking contact tightness, contact erosion pins, manually vacuum check of VCB/ACB. (e) Racking-Rack out operation in Test & service position of VCB/ACB trolley. (f) Megger test (IR value - 1KV / 2.5KV) E-RYB, RY-YB, BR-R'R, Y'Y, B'B. (g) CRM Test (contact resistance) of Vacuum Interrupter R, Y, B in on condition outside of panel. (h) Time test of contract pole by Test kit (in mile second). (j) Function of closing coil, Trip coil, spring charging motor, auxiliary contact, limit switches etc. (k) Checking & lubrication of various interlocks. (l) Submission of test report in standard format of vacuum circuit breaker.

Note: The capacitor is to be of the shape , make and size as per existing capacitor.
