NOTE FOR ALL PAINITNG AND WATER PROOFING ITEMS :- The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor before and during execution of the work :- (i) All the painting works and water proofing works shall be got executed through original material manufacturing company or their authorised health care applicators as approved by GE and contractor should submit MOU with the manufacturing company or their authorised applicator before execution of work and entire work shall be executed with the approved firm. (ii) Contractor shall deposit entire quantity of materials (proprietory materials) in sealed containers required for painting works covered under subject contract in the custody of Engineer-in-Charge/ Office in charge of unit. (iii) The materials as required shall be issued to contractor by JE/ Engineer-in-Charge on daily basis and the empty containers/ bags shall be deposited in the store of Engineer -In-Charge by the contractor, for verification as per standard consumption/ coverage prescribed by the manufacturers. (iv) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove and clean all the droplets/stain of paint left on the floor, glasses and joinery.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding /complete and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment for preparation of old decorated treatment on wall / ceiling / chajja by scrapping with trucare wall sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc complete and applying two coats of Anti microbial PU paint wall coating over one coat of royal wall base coat) for Operation Theatre and ICU ward complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI Powder coated hermatically sealed manual swing door including frame 30mm thick single piece, coloured coated, PUF filled doorshutters with PUF (Poly UrethaneFoam) insulation of minimum density 40 Kg/Cum filled in between two moc sheets of thickness 0.8mm (min), border covered with insitu pasted ABS stripsof width equal to thickness of door shutters included with glass panel size 310 x 465mm, 1.2mm thickness of door frame, reinforced with two number 10mm CTD bars, of suitable sizes for receiving hinges, tower / sliding bolts, towel rails, handles etc, with/without embossed pattern,size is exc 1.50 sqm but not exc 3.00 sqm for operation theatres and ICU wards complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Hospital Medical Grade Vinyl Flooring over concrete flooring in Operation Theatre and ICU wards all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturer instruction (Make : Tarkett or Equivalent)

(a) Prepare the surface using proper scarification equipment to remove any loose material contamination and latiance to provide a sound gripping surface, clean the entire floor area through detergent wash followed by cleaning with water and mopping it off to a dry state

(b) For smooth surfaces,roughen the surface by sanding with abrasive paper grit No.10 & wipe clean and apply a self priming coat by diluting with 10-20% turbentine

(c) Vinyle flooring throughly with a flat paddlebefore and during use. Apply 2mm thhick with manufacturing recommmendation with covering and rod weld SR998 GUM all as Manufacturer instructions

M&L for 25mm thick, levelling course of cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in flooring for laying tiles all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceilihg boards (Fiber pulp, insulation etc or insulation boards) any thickness including cover fillets.

M&L providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged GRG (Glass FibreReinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistanceof 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm , suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1 OOOmm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in Charge.

M&L anodised aluminium snap grid ceiling with 19mm thick semi - perforated edge 60x60cm in ceiling board over GI grid prelude XL 24 mm grid main runner height 37mm and secondary runner height 30mm including 2.6mm/2.8mm GI wire suspenders of suitable length as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for false ceiling of plain gypsum board 12mm thick and frame made out of MSGI BPS grade, angle 24mm x24mmx0.43mm, 'T' section 24mm x 25mm x 0.30mm and main runner 'T' section 24mm x 38mm x 0.35mm complete with angle fixed to wall with rawl plug 100mm long of maximum 600mm c/c, hanging with 2.50/3.00 mm dia GI wire suspenders fixed to ceiling with 80mm long rawl plug providing 1 No per Sqm complete with painting two coats of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer and preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F POP decorative cornice 100mm size of approved design and pattern fixing along wall and ceiling juction allas specified.

S&F in repairs Trac ceiling by installating round edge panels 84mm width x 16mm deep x length upto 5m formed from 0.50mm thick aluminium alloy IS-31000/AA3105 with stove enamelled coil coated on the exposed side as per standard colour shades, the aluminium flush profile shall be inserted in 16mm gap between the panels (close type) & 25mm glass wool, panel carrier 32mm wide, 39mm deep made of 0.60mm galvanised steel upto 5m made of double backed enameled black with cutout to hold on panel in a module of 100mm close, the carries shall be suspended from slab by J hook and 4mm dia galvanised rod with special height adjustment clip made out of GI sheet at max 1.20m centre to centre, the edge profile aluminium shall be matching with the panel complete all as specified and directed.

Providing 10 mm thick plaster of Paris (gypsum anhydrous) ceiling with sunk or raised moulding up to aheight of 5 m above floor level, angle 24mm x 24mm x 0.43mm, 'T' section 24mm x 25mm x 0.30mm and main runner 'T' section 24mm x 38mm x 0.35mm complete with angle fixed to wall with rawl plug 100mm long of maximum 600mm c/c , hanging with 2.50/3.00 mm dia GI wire suspenders fixed to ceiling with 80mm long rawl plug providing 1 No per Sqm all as specified and directed.
