Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Brick work, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer not exc 25cm in soft/ loose soil including PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel angles, channel and flats for post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing of size or type as required at site or as directed by Engineer in Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including lines wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild screw steel bolts, (machine made), dia of neck 11 to 15mm, with hexagonal or square headed one end and screwed the other, or screwed the both ends and each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square length of nut bolt exc 5 cm and not exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including passing through chain link fence at intervals as directed, using mild steel Fe-410-W (Grade E-250), quality-A or Fe 290 (Grade E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire shall be measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or untreated steel surfaces of any description exc. 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan not exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 13.00 here in before but using old bricks obtained from item No 12.00 here in before complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan not exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, as in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster /grit plaster of any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of walls including finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (At any height including necessary Scaffolding) on brick or concrete surfaces of walls including finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of new surfaces of walls, plastered or unplastered, and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of primer to obtain uniform surfaces including making good the surface complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand:2 coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including using Colour pigment & marble powder as required in ground in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with wire brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately under respective item of this Schedule)

All as per item No 21.00 here in before but using white cement in lieu of grey cement in top layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (Below or above Ground level) including tiles, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, Type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub base below tiles for levelling of existing surface, mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in flooring, path/plinth protection and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-cast Plain cement concrete block as in kerb stone of size as required at site, made of PCC 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary preparation of base surface for fixing of kerb stone and all excavation & earthwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new cement concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape, size and thickness including cleaning of good paver blocks for refixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading and levelling of sand (25 to 30 mm thickness ) for cushioning to interlocking paver block complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 60mm thick machine pressed, coloured rubber moulded, precast, designed cement concrete interlocking paver blocks, any shape size, with grey cement and colour pigment, confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, including making the surface to a uniform level complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only old interlocking paver block obtained from Srl item No. 29.00 here in before, including making the surface to a uniform level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for designer Cement concrete, GRC, chequered tiles 303x303x25 mm thick, with grey cement & pigment, Rubber moulded finish, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in Cement mortar 1:6, set & jointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing precast reinforced cement concrete louvers and jallies type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:6, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame and applying two coats of white wash including demolition of broken RCC jallies complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone slabs and roof tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and cladding tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, walls, etc land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L making full rounding to edges of Granite stone slabs, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations, and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed

S&F mild steel framed work such as in gates doors or gates of angle or other section, conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A, with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc shall be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work, conforming to Fe -290, Gde-E-165, as in grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders, framed balusters; walk ways railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work like ACP gate frame of required sections complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS plate (plain or Chequered), conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A, including cutting / welding & drilling holes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel not exc 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, sides of chequered tiles, Sides of interlocking paver blocks, bottom to chain link fencing, bed blocks, bed plates etc including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete including cutting reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition, including removing all demolished material to out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3), type A-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in landing slabs including necessary form work, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars, 10 mm dia, and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4 mm thick ACP (Aluminium Composite panel) sheeting powder coated of required colour, fixed at gate /any position to matching with existing ACP panel including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.
