Patrolling of all tracks, checking & tightening of bolts and nuts of fish plate joints, crossing, tongue rails, steady bar, stretcher bar, bolts and nuts two way keys, spilt cotters/elastic rail clips, point boxes, oil and greasing of tongue rail & switches and side surface of rails head in the curved track line area point box. (Grapite grease (Gr.O) IS 408 of 1081- 1 kg/day is under contractor scope).

MS Bolt square head M25 x 130, Hexagonal bolt with plain washer as per RDSO specn. No. T-11501.

Combination GFN Liner as per RDSO Specn.no.T.3707 & T-3708/ T3702 (Concrete sleeper 60/52kg Type) (1set consists of 4 Nos)

Grooved Rubber sole plate as per RDSO Specn. No T3711 (Concrete sleeper 60 kg Type)

Grooved Rubber sole plate as per RDSO Specn. No T3703 (Concrete sleeper 52 kg Type)-1000 Nos

Renewal of worn out CST 9 sleepers/steel sleeper by available SH CST 9 sleepers. This work includes leading of CST sleepers from road approach area to track line area.

De grassing of scrub jungle clearance removal of vegetation & small plants in both side of the siding track. Scrub jungle & vegetation in and around NCTPS inside siding track. (Scrub jungle disposed by burning)

Clearing of juliflora jungle without uprooting in both side slope formation areas in Athipattu siding track. (Juliflora jungle disposed by burning).

Removing the elastic rail clip by cleaning the insert surface, greasing and re-fixing the same. Grapite grease (Gr.O) IS 408 of 1081-1 kg/day is under contractor.

Levelling the track line to zero, by checking and aligning the track rail with piano wire on one side and parallelism of another side rail etc.

Deep Screening of ballast under the track line area repacking of ballast in any needs track.

Maintenance contract (MC) for maintaining the EIMWB at track No.8 at NCTPS siding track. This AMC does not cover replacement of spares, but covers minor spares value less than Rs.3000/-

Statuary stamping fees for Electronic in weigh bridge.
