S & F for ceramic cool roof glazed Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 10mm) on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface up to 3 cuts complete, complete all as specified.

M&L Remove the existing plaster from the joints wherever the plaster is found Brittle/Cracked and coming off using wire brush and high-speed water jet and Treat the joints and Fillings with Polymer Modified Plaster. The crevices need to be coated using bond coat made by mixing cement and Birla Opus or equivalent Repair Master polymer in 2:1 Ratio and applied in single coat @2 Sq.M per kg. Applyin Polymer modified plaster in the ratio of Sand:Cement:Polymer :: 4:1:1 to be filled in the coated crevices within 3-5 hours of the Bond Coat Application. Slope to be Created using polymer modified mortar with min thickness @ 25mm with polymer mixed into the mortar @7% of cement Weight. The system needs to be left to be dried and cured for 4-5 days at >25̊˚C.

M&l Cleaning the entire surface of Loose particles, concrete and debris using wire brush and high-speed water flow. The surface should be left to be dried for 48 Hours at optimal temperature of ≥40˚C after cleaning with Water. Treating the surface cracks using Polymer Modified Mortar (Cement:Sand:Polymer::1:1:1) for cracks upto 4mm wide post opening and cleaning the crack in U Shape using a grinder. Applying single coat of Birla Opus or Equivalent Repair Master Polymer to be applied to the surface @ 5 Sq.M per L at 50% dilution and left to be dried for 24 Hours. Gola/Angle fillets to be made at all vertical and horizontal junctions using polymer modified mortar over bond coat.

M&l Providing and applying with 3 coats of Birla Opus Prime B90 Polyurethane or equivalent dispersed elastomeric waterproofing liquid applied membrane which is formulated with elastic crosslinking mechanism of polymer and acrylic fibres having crack bridging ability of upto 3mm, tensile strength of 1.8 mpa, 250% elongation and can withstand upto 12 bars hydrostatic pressure. The coating also provides with anti-carbonation properties and ensures surface temperature reductions of upto 12˚C. Coating to ensure a forced coverage of 1 Sq.M per 2 L in 4 coats on terrace and horizontal surfaces having 33% water dilution in 1st coat and 2 undiluted coats. Applyin g Geotextile layer of 40 GSM to be sandwiched between the 2nd and the 3rd Coat and it should be Applied while the second coat is still wet. The Geotextile to be dipped entirely in Birla Opus B90 or equivalent and wringed out before application.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or in any position and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.
