PROVISION OF LANDSCAPING AND ARBORICULTURE WORK IN RESIDENTIAL AREA AT DAMAN

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Rough excavating , n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Supply and spreading of good quality agricultural soil free from stones, rubbish like lumps, roots, and other foreign materials to a uniform thickness of 15 cm including watering, spreading mixed with organic manure in the ratio 4:1 and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for growing hedges in the perimeter in size 30 cm width and 30 cm height with DURANTA or any other approved sampling by GE which gives a dense and thick appearance including cutting and shaping complete all as directed

M&L for digging upto max 0.50m depth and refilling with good quality garden soil mixed with organic manure of best quality in the ratio 4:1 and planting of ornamental tress like Fox tail palms, Bottle palms (height min 10 ft), Coconut tree, Coloured coconut tree or other exotic type trees as approved by GE including watering, shaping etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of lawn with Bermuda grass carpet having adequate developed roots, after providing anti-termite treatment to the filled soil including watering and shaping etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contarctor to submit the 3D drawings of the area to be developed with proposed grass carpet area, Ornamental trees, hedges to be executed under Item No: 05, 06 and 07 along with buildings and features present in the vicinity. The rate quoted against Item No: 05, 06 and 07 shall deemed to include this aspect of work. Work shall commence only after approval of the 3D drawings by GE

Complete daily maintenance of garden features (trees, shrubs, hedges/edges, lawn, seasonal flower etc) like hoeing, de-weeding, pruning, watering, mowing of lawn, upkeep and maint of potted plants, loading/unloading of carriages, removal of garden rubbish etc and spraying of insecticides, pesticides, organic fertilizers etc once in a month all as specifeid and directed.

S&F 20mm dia GI tubing medium grade ISI marked with including all fittings i.e tee, elbow, reducer union, nipple, socket etc. laid in trenches / wall /foof complete all as specified and directed.
