Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. For Grading II Material

Built-Up Spray Grout Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm as per Technical Specification Clause 505.By Manual Means Bitumen (S-90)

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. (Including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.00 km initial lead from Mixing Plant) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and laying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specification

Tree reflector made of heigh intensity grade retro-reflectorised sheeting fixed over aluminium sheeting of 2mm/0.28mm thick firmly fixed with necessary galvanized nail. 150mm dia/150mmx150mm.

RCC Guard post. Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC Guard Post 150 cm long erected 75 cm above the ground and 75 cm below the ground with M15 Gr (Nominal Mix 1:2:4 with broken stone agreegates up to 20 mm size) of cement concrete and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering, moulding the top, curing including painting concrete surfaces in 23 cm stripes up to 0.75 m from the top alternately in black and white and having 2 nos. reflective band of desired shade etc. complete as per design and as directed.

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 (i) 600mm equilateral triangle

(ii) 800mm X 600mm rectangular

(iii) 600mm X 600mm square (Chevron)

Direction and Place Identification signs with size more than 0.9 sqm size board. Retro-reflectorised Traffic Signs. Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-\reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on mild steel angle iron posts 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701
