M&L preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all lose dirt etc on black top surfaces and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG -10) @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm with paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M & L for premix bituminuos macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75mm )with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG -30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to the outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed:- Note :- Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job Mix formulla shall be inclussive in the unit rate and No extra payment shall be admissible on this account. Mix shall be obtain from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG-30 by weight by total mix, rolling with 8-12 ton power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying termoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimunm 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking in white/yellow (approved colours) colour & shade of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' termoplastic modern propelled road marking machine incl all ingredients such binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers termoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per table No. 800.4 of MOST specification incl spraying glass beads etc all as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of precast block masonry in walling built in cement mortar in any position and removing of unserviceble debirs out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from wall/ceiling including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers of 5mm thk CM 1:4 including WPC over a coat of 10 mm thk CM 1:6 finisihed the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 3 Coats of White Wash on newly plastered surface of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
