Material and Labour for Construction of valve chamber of size (1250 x 1250 x 1000 mm) in PCC 1:3:6 masonry built in CM (1:4) with MS covers 3 mm thick and 50 x 50 x 6 mm locking arrangement including excavation and earth works PCC (1:4:8) type D2 for foundation PCC bed/coping in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 plastering 15 mm thick with Cm 1:4 painting with one coat of bituminous black paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all steel surface all as shown directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.
