Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick spread thickness Moorum/Red bajri, as in granular sub bases & light wearing surfaces, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to pot holes any depth n.exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat at the rate of 5 Kg per ten sqm, complete, all as specified and as directed by Eng-in Charge.

M&L Semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient and rolled with 8 to 12 ton power rolled and compacted, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Bitumen shall be of IOCL / BPCL / HPCL. (ii) Note:- Mixing to be carried out at hot mixing plant and laid by mechanical paver)

M&L Premix, bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen of any penetration as binder content of 4% by weight of total mix, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavements and the like n.exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair dual directional reflective road studs (cat eye) of impact resistant plastic stud 110mm X 110mm, double moulded solid state having ultra-voilet resistant colour (white/red/yellow) with four round disc containging 28x2-56 mini retro reflective glass beass of colour white/red/yellow to a side provided with L-key steel 12mm dia bolt along with ABS plastic stem of length 55mm for fixing on road with epoxy adhesive, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F in repair Solar road stud having 3 LEDs of colours red/ yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminum alloy of any size (120 x 130 mm), (100x130mm) and(125x125mm) of height 20 mm with built in stem-nail 30 mm X 50 mm long for fixing with epoxy adhesive, LEDs, solar - cells, battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof. System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F in repair solar road delineator 6 LEDs of colour red/ yellow housed in alumunium/plastic body, LEDs, solar-cells, battery and light sensor well protected inside by polycarbonate sheet; device protected with powder coated wire mesh cage, system mounted over 47mm dia steel tube powder coated of length 600mm having sheet foot for firm grip to ground, system workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge for 8-10 hours complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L Preparation of new / old road surfaces and applying reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (White or golden yellow) of minimum 2.50 mm thick (conforming to BIS-3262), single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/ 100mm width using 'HOT MARK' by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter filler as specified in table 803.4 of MORTH specification, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as specified in (intermix) type-I, MOST/BS 6088A and road marking shall done as per provisions contained in IRC-35-1997, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dedcuct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 3130.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
