Design, engineering, procurement, and construction of chain link fencing around the solar park boundary
Design, engineering, procurement, and construction of chain link fencing around the solar park boundary, including excavation, supply and installation of RCC or MS angle posts (minimum size 50x50x5 mm) of total height 2.2 meters above finished ground level, spaced at intervals not exceeding 3.0 meters, along with all required intermediate, corner (with double stays), and transverse stay posts (every tenth post), as per drawings. Fencing shall consist of PVC-coated GI chain link mesh (minimum 4.0 mm overall diameter with 2.5 mm GI core wire), mesh size 50x50 mm, fixed to a height of 1.8 meters above toe wall, securely tied and tensioned with three strands of 4.0 mm dia high tensile spring steel wire (HTSSW), and further supported with clamping strips on every fourth post using galvanized security bolts. Four lines of GI barbed wire (12x14 gauge) shall be provided above the chain link mesh to achieve a total fencing height of 2.2 meters. All structural steel components, including posts, stays, clamps, wires, bolts, and fasteners, shall be hot-dip galvanized with minimum 90-micron zinc coating (equivalent to 610 gsm) or epoxy-coated to comply with ISO 12944 for C4 corrosion category. A toe wall of suitable masonry with coping and weep holes shall be provided below the fence mesh as per tender drawings. The item also includes supply of all materials, tools, transport, site preparation, foundation in M20 concrete, erection, alignment, tensioning, testing, commissioning, and all required workmanship to complete the fencing in all respects as per specifications, drawings, and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, engineering, procurement, and construction of complete drinking water supply system
Design, engineering, procurement, and construction of complete drinking water supply system at the control room building in the South Block of the RE park, including development of a deep borewell (minimum 150–200 meters deep, depending on hydrogeological conditions), casing with MS/GI/HDPE pipe, submersible pump (minimum 1.5 HP, stainless steel, suitable for high-TDS >40,000 ppm), electrical control panel, cabling, and associated civil works. The raw water shall be treated using a customized high-salinity Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant (minimum 100 LPH capacity), comprising multi-stage pretreatment units including sediment filtration, activated carbon filtration, antiscalant dosing system, high-pressure multistage pumps (SS construction), high-recovery RO membranes suitable for brackish/saline water (>40,000 ppm TDS), and automatic flushing system. Additional post-treatment may include UV sterilization and remineralization unit (to improve potability). The plant shall be designed for 10–12 hours/day operation to cater to approx. 20 personnel and shall include a water storage and distribution system with a minimum of 1000-litre triple-layer HDPE overhead tank, CPVC/GI piping network for raw and treated water, and at least one stainless steel water cooler with integrated purifier (minimum 120 L cooling capacity, dual tap). All components shall be suitable for C4 corrosion category environment (Khavda region), and energy-efficient. The scope includes structural foundation for equipment, mounting platforms, RO plant housing (PUF-panel room or FRP enclosure), earthing, plumbing, and internal distribution. The work includes testing, commissioning, water quality testing, and handing over of a fully functional system with O&M manual and basic spares.
