Sub Head 1: Preventive maintenance of all the internal and external electrical installations including pump sets in the Depot complex by deploying qualified Wireman (1no.) and Khallasi/ Helper (1no.) for 26 days per month at Food storage Depots/Offices under Bangalore Division and providing necessary sundry items repairs etc., as required . ( At BSC Whitefield, FSD KR Puram and FSD KGF on multiple days in a month as directed by Engineer-In-Charge)

Sub Head 2: Supply of materials on need basis for replacement in the maintenance works. (The rates quoted for items sl.no. 1 & 2 alone will be considered for arriving the Lowest tenderer. Rates quoted for materials supply will not be considered for deciding the Lowest tender. Incase the rates quoted for material supply is abnormally high, payments for such materials, if supplied, will be paid at the local market rates assessed by the Engineer In-charge which is binding on the tenderer.)
