Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m - All kinds of soil.

Providing , laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layer by manual means in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density - Using vibratory roller.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material.-Bitumen 60/70.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing of retro - reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of aluminium sheet encapsulated lens with high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm ( 3.5 mtrs height - 6.8kg/mtr = 23.8kg, with board support angle 35x35x6mm-2.30 mtrs - 3kg/mtr = 6.9kg and anchor flat - 0.5kg)firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 Grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. - 60 cm equilateral triangle. (including cost of angle iron towards cost of drilling holes, nuts, bolts etc.,)
