Supply and fix false ceiling work of aluminium anodised snap grid frame work, size of grid 605 X 605mm , 6mm thick Everest designer boards or equivelent (surface finished with one coat of Apex) fixed in Aluminium frame work with screws, including hangers 6mm dia, G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 X 3mm size 60mm long as in ceilings complete all as specified.

Dismantling of existing rain gutter water pipe etc

Supply and fix uPVC box type rain water gutter pipes of width 160mm, depth 100mm, having thickness of minimum 3mm (4kg/sqcm guage) with added rib for extra strength, fixed in position with uPVC clamps and mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays, including uPVC gutter fittings like couplings,running outlet,corner / elbows (of desired degree), end drops, end caps, corner drop/elbow drop, leaf guard, etc all complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Rates for uPVC fittings to be used like centre drop, end drop, elbow drop etc to be deemed included with the quoted rates of the contractor, however mild steel works for clamps with neccessory items etc are included in this item.

Supply and fix uPVC square/rectangular/circular type rain water pipes of 90mm or above, having thickness of minimum 3mm (4kg/sqcm guage) fixed in position with uPVC clamps and mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays, including all uPVC fittings necessary like couplings, elbows, end caps,etc all complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Rates for uPVC fittings to be used like centre drop, end drop, elbow drop etc to be deemed included with the quoted rates of the contractor and mild steel works for clamps with neccessory items etc are included in this item.

Exposing existing RCC members such as columns, beams, slabs, lintels etc. up to the main reinforcement carefully by means of chisel & hammer, hard wire brushes or any other mehcanical means, so as to remove all loose concrete and cleaning the surface to remove all rust particles etc. and make the surface ready for further chemical treatment in bone dry condition.

M & L for 50 mm thick guniting in patches on to the required area on RCC/ PCC columns, beams, stairs, lintels, retaining walls, sunshades, roofing slab etc. of all sizes and shapes at all heights from existing ground floor and all locations with cement and mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) under 2 to 2.8 Kg/Cm2 pressure after removing the damaged loose spalt concrete portions by chipping, removal of dust and applying one coat of rust converter/kp- 100 equivalent grade over reinforcement wherever necessary providing and tying in position 75x75x10 g MS welded mesh or smaller size over treated surface ready to receive grouts, curing for 10 days etc, complete operation all as directed including labour charges hire for all tools and plant machineries cost of consumables, scaffolding all types of protective equipments, plant floors, pipelines, vessels, materials etc. so as to do guniting in plant, removing the debris etc. rebound materials etc. to low lying areas in the factory compound and leveling as directed, complete all as directed by GE. Note: (i) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and alloy to dry. To this surface apply chemistic polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's insturctions. (ii) When polymix coating is in tackey condition guniting is done with polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction. Polycrete admixture shall be procured form Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorized dealer. (iii) Cost of the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.
