Servicing & cleaning/ tightening of main LT panel i/c cleaning of dust, tightening of nut bolts hardware of bus bar, tightening of cradle terminals, incoming & outgoing terminals, decarbonizes of bus bar, meters and existing working switchgears
Complete checking of control wiring of L&T Make modal No- MM30 Multi function motor protection relays &,CDG-31 over load relays, earth fault relay, master tripping relay & interlocking along with existing breaker
Testing/calibration of L&T Make relays by secondary injection test set with cleaning, removal of minor defects & co-ordination relay setting of modal No- MM30 Multi function motor protection relays,CDG-31 over load relays & earth fault relay, master tripping relay
Restoration/ rectification/ matching of control wiring for main motor with necessary connection in LRS & ACB to ensure the automatic operation of LRS with ON/OFF switch to main breaker with necessary interlocking of ACB not switching ON in case the LRS is not in starting position. Restoration/ rectification/ matching of control wiring for two main incomers & bus coupler as locking with all feeder bus bar, AC/DC shunt trip, under voltage release necessary interlocking for 2 breakers to be switched out in one time not all 3 at a time
Servicing of L&T EDO type CNCS 1000C model breaker by cleaning of dust, spider web, foreign particles etc, removal of grease from the various parts of ACB, cleaning of all parts with cleaning agent such as CRC-2-26, check the setting of arching contact, release etc. Checking the tightness of all hardware and also presence of hardware missing. Fixing of spares and accessories which needs replacement and re greasing as recommended in ACB service manual by replacing following L&T Make spare parts
Servicing of L&T EDO type CNCS 2000-2500C model breaker 2000A-02 nos. & 2500A-01 no. by cleaning of dust, spider web, foreign particles etc, removal of grease from the various parts of ACB, cleaning of all parts with cleaning agent such as CRC-2-26, check the setting of arching contact, release etc. Checking the tightness of all hardware and also presence of hardware missing. Fixing of spares and accessories which needs replacement and re-greasing as recommended in ACB service manual by replacing following L&T Make spare parts
