Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) Cement concrete in surface channels and drains mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc.6 metre mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 in walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Walling of random rubble Stone Masonary, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6 ) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) as in coping, bed plate etc incl necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of Cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of Stone Masonary surfaces, finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (10 mm thick in CM 1:6 in first layer and 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 in second layer) on brick masonry /concrete surfaces of walls including finished fair & even without using extra cement (in small patches and different location also), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, soffits of chajjas,cornices etc and applying two coat of cement base paint and tint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or FE 310-0, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other of 11 to 15 mm dia of neck and length of bolt exceeding 10 cm but not exc 15 cm long, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplied only Chain link MS galvaised fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Galvanised mild steel plain wire 4 mm dia., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only in repair chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide premier , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
