Maintenance and overhauling of DG set of capacity 400/500 KVA on every month including checking, cleaning, adjusting/tightening, oiling, greasing ,Engine oil changing,changing of all type of filters ,coolent topup and reseting of existing part decarbonising of battery terminals of DG set at different location of installation and keep ready the DG sets for proper functioning incl checking ,adjusting of valve 'V' belts pulleys, fan hub, idler, water pump, fiters engine cylinder head, bolts, nuts and washers vibration dampers, coupling, alternator terminals, carbons brushes vibration dampers, springs, AVRs exhaust pipes, etc of following capacity of DG sets :- Note : i) Minor spare part shall be included in the rate quoated like gasket,oilseal,nut,bolt washer etc,ii) other Spare part will be measured and paid separetely under respective item from 3.00 to 8.00'.

M&L for Cutting road / hard standing to a size not exceeding 30cm in width and not exceeding 90 cm in depth for removal/ laying of GI pipe upto 100mm bore including making good so as to match with the existing finishes using PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of 100 mm thick complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement uPVC pipe with 50 mm nominal dia ,heavy duty suitable for rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or laid in floors/trench etc.,incl earth work complete as required all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair in leakages of 100 mm bore sluice valves by replacing Gland packing, gland bush, gland flange, nut bolts, gasket, packing material etc as required after dismantling ,refixing in existing position including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Dismantelling existing 12.5 HP submersible pump by disconnecting/lifiting and S&F new submersible pump of 12.5HP,10 stage,415V with necessary connection and lowering complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Old unsv motor shall be deposited to MES store all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L in repairs of existing valve pit chamber of following sizes by demolishing the existing bricks work and foundation concrete and M&L for 230 mm thick brick walls of following size valve pit complte with mild steel sheet cover of 1.8 MM thick and angle iron of size 40x40x6MM duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including locking arrangement and lifting handle and plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and 10 mm thick plaster to all internal and external exposed surfaces including two coats of white wash on wall complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting the existing GI pipe line 80mm dia and inserting Tee of size 80x80x80mm for making new branch conection of GI pipe of size 80mm dia including necessary Tee, fittings, excavation, returning and filling and depositing excavated material outside of the MOD land complete all as specified and as directad

M & L for topping up/replacement of transformer oil with new transformer oil suitable for working voltage 11000 volts grade including necessary dehydration to achieve dielectric strength min 40 KV at 4mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in replacement calcium hypo chlorite dosing system motor with agitator , Voltage input:230 volt, single phase, 50 Hz , 1/2 HP including suitable PVC shaft ,corrosion resistant materials including suitable PVC connection hose complete system all as specified and directed. Note :- Old dosing motor shall be deposited to MES store

Supply and fixing in replacement of calcium hypo chlorine dosing pump adjustable type 30 ltr/hr capacity & 10 kg/cm2 pressure duly fitted on service tank with accessories including Lead Tubing, foot valve, Y strainer,Injectare,Connecting Nuts, NRV,Injection Check Valve, Clay Weight, and Ferrules,frame complete system all as specified and directed. Note :- Old Pump shall be deposited to MES store.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 100 Ltr PE/FRP tank suitable for fixing calcium hypo chloite dosing Pump and motor including lid and level gauge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of weighted Suction Line Strainer 6/8 '' or suitable size for calcium hypochloride Dosing Pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Injection Check valve 6/8 '' or suitable size for calcium hypochloride Dosing Pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only calcium based granular calcium hypochlorite chlorination chemical having the percentage of chlorine content 65% to 70% complete all as specified and directed. Note : Payment of item shall be released after submission of purchase voucher & manufacturer's test certificate.

M & L for taking out old corroded unserviceable MS sheet cover, frame etc from top of the roof of the under ground sump or valve chamber with MS channel base square / circular type , of any size and shape including providing of new cover made out of 3.15 mm MS sheet cover with 50 cm x 50 cm x 6 mm angle iron base frame including painting with two coats black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete with locking arrangements all as specified and directed.

Transporting of Submersible/ Centrifugal Pump Set any capacity from Pump House/ E&M store yard at ADRDE/Vigyan Vihar/Raksha Vihar to nearest workshop for repairing including carefully loading/ unloading and back to old location etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking out submersible pump set for repair/ developement of Bore wells including dismantling and taking out column pipes of any Bore & length alongwith submersible cable, wire rope etc; and re-lowering the pump set after carrying out necessary development or repairs / replacement of defective parts all as specified and directed. Note : a) The spares (supply only) required for repairing the pump sets and rewinding of motor will be measured and paid seperetely under respective item. b) Consumable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials lubricants , gland packing metal filling , machining and transportation from site to work shop are deemed to be included in rate quoted.

M&L for complete rewinding of submersible motors of 7.5/10/12.5 HP, AC, 3 phase, 440 volt with superior quality PVC insulated copper submersible winding wire of identical gauge and specification of the existing unserviceable winding wires with all necessary insulating materials and other connected works including cleaning of stator and slots, complete servicing and applying one coat of water proof epoxy paint to the exteriors of motor after preparation of surface and testing complete all as specified on load of capacity :- Note : Spares part will be measured and paid separetely under respective items:-

M&L for taking out old unserviceable burnt winding of centrifugal motor 7.5 to 12.5 HP capacity, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply after disconnecting all electrical connections and rewinding by using super enamelled copper conductor of existing gauge and size by maintaining existing turn ratio, applying insulation varnish and drying up to specified period to achieve desired insulation value including reassembling of motor after rewinding and testing and connecting all electrical connection using suitable size of lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of CHLORINATED POLYVINYL CHLORIDE (CPVC) PIPES (SDR-11) Pipes of 50mm(Outer dia)ISI marked as per IS:15778 tough, rigid , pipe cutting fixing with CPVC solvent cement and testing laid in floors,wall,ceilings complete all as specified and directad. Note :(a) Quoted rate shall including of necessary special fittings (Brass elbow, Brass Tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, Female threaded brass adaptor etc), Unions, Flange and tank adaptor) (b) The rates include for cutting chases in wall, floors etc and their making good in case of concealed pipe work and earth work in case of pipes laid in trenches.
