M& L for repair/rectification of leakages to water supply distribution lines 15 mm bore to 25 mm bore GI/PPR tubing with provision of necessary excavation,cutting of hard standing , returning and filling in as required, tightening of loose joints of union, elbow, sockets etc, threading if required including replacement of GI unions/sockets/nipples as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but for GI tubing 40 mm bore to 50 mm bore

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but for GI tubing 80 mm bore to 100 mm bore.

Attending compaints of BLOCKAGE OF WATER PIPE LINES / NO WATER SUPPLY AT ANY kind of ACCOMODATION ( MARRIED / OTM/ single / multi story building ) , IDENTIFY THE FAULTS including rectification by taking down of existing GI/PPR tubing up to 80 mm bore, cutting/threading and making joints and cleaning for any blockages, opening of float valve of service tanks, cleaning and fixing the same in its position, replacement of valve/ packing sheet of gate valve and including replacement of GI unions/sockets/nipples etc as required at site TO RESTORE WATER SUPPLY complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- ( For item 1 to 4 ) (i) all materials as required like pipes, fittings etc shall be measured and paid under respective items of sch 'A'. (ii) Excavation , returning filling , removing of soil , taking down pipe, refixing of pipe after cleaning , cuttinng of hard standing , and PCC will be measured and paid separately under relivent items. (iii) rates of any kind of any kind of thread cutting in old pipes , T&P required deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for removing/laying of pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down steel tubing laid in trenches, on wall/in floor/in plinth protection of Bldg including segregation of serviceable pipes and keep in safe custody for reuse, complete with all fittings and connections of the following sizes:-

M&L for road crossing/drain crossing by adopting trench less tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the allignment and gradient by haidrolic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils including hard rock,for passing of GI Pipe of diia up to 80mm and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorites complete all as specified and as directed. Note : GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately under relivent items.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in Foundation of Poles, Stays, etc. including Use and Waste of Formwork (if required), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in Side Wall of Cable Duct, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing road straight by manual, depth not less than 0.75 meter and width as required for pipes up to 100 mm dia and refill the same with excavated soil up to 80 % road portion and 20 % shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing building plinth protection by manual, depth and width as required for replacement of GI /any kind of pipes pipes up to 50 mm dia and refill the same with excavated soil up to 80 % plinth portion and 20 % shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and making good of all disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia( THICKNESS NOT LESS THAN -2.5MM) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) .
