Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 100 mm thick AAC blocks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand ) and curing complete. The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 nos. 6 mm dia M.S bars at every third course of masonry work.Carrige of material up to site

Drassed stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and up to floor five level including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size (outer face of the Building) Carrige of material up to site

Providing and fixing UVPC profile wqindow frames all complete job.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately):Second class kail wood

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Flooring with marble stone of specified thickness as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) laid and jointed withgrey cement slurry including rubbing, polishing and curing completewith:Makrana White Second quality

Providing and fixing fully moisture resitant gypsum plastered board of size 12.5mm tappered edge gypsum moisture resistant board having appro. 15% perforated area with perforation size and pattern as approved by the engineer in charge

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS 13753 of mim thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA, or equvilent make in all colour, shdes except begundy, bottle green, black of any sizes as approved by engineer

Providing and laying PCC Tiles over parapet wall.
