As per item No. 107 above but for S & F new shelves made of mild steel sheet 1 mm thick PGI Sheet duly painted with one coats of synthetic enamel paint with nuts, bolts of suitable size complete fixed in repairs. Note:- The cost of welding loose / broken like legs, corner, Shelves, hinges, door shutter of Almirah Large steel and also replacement of old unsv required parts for item 107 to 112 as hinges, MS sheet 1mm thick & Curtain rod shall be deemed to be included in the Quoted rate complete and all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Table 900x900 x760 mm steel (FD-1009) S & F new Table top made of 18mm thick pre- laminated particle board one face teak veneered & other face balancing white (Exterior grade) of size 900 x 900 mm with 4 mm thick, half round teak wood edging shall be provided all around and fixed to frame with screws complete incl taking down the unserviceable one.

Chair CB Steel with out Arms FD-75(M) Opening up and removal of seat, back and shoes of chair CB steel and preparation of old painted steel surfaces of frame and painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green colour and painting old wooden surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint, and refixing of seat/back if in serviceable condition. Note:- (The seat, back & shoes if replaced shall be paid separately under respective items of BOQ here in after as supply only. The cost of steel bolts 3” long, 1/8” dia with nut and washers etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item.

As per item No. 121 above but for Continuous welding 20mm dia MS tube at hand rest frame joint, seat frame joint, back frame joint and seat to back frame stiffener joint Including S& F 50mm X 50 mm x4mm thick MS flat to be fixed in seat frame of chair verandah all as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (White) over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Rubbing and removing dents, if any & then preparation of old painted steel surfaces with putty of Almirah Med Steel and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint to entire external and internal compete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge Almirah medium steel.
