M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Sanding of surface to be done by mechinical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper mixing to be carried out before primer and paint application. approved by Garrison Engineer. (b) The work pertaining to periodical services & water proofing shall be excuted from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e Paint, Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (c) Cost of scaffolding upto 10mtr height of building is included in this item. (d) 05 years guarantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completion and 15% amount will be reserve against painting work after date of completion for the 05 years.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with PU & silicon additive & colour stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram / litere as per the LEEDS specification. Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted) / 10sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimun 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & water proofing shall be excuted from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e Paint, Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots & removing of nails mark etc including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots & removing of nails mark etc including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6 finishing even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Using Dimapur Sand)

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surface of ceiling in CM 1:3 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (using Dimapur Sand)

M&L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered new surface on ceiling and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in replacement stainless steel plate rack of size 24" x 36" x 10" complete all as specidfied and directed. (Make: Blue Star cat No KPR-312 or equivalent in Nirali/Jain Brothers/Prayag)

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc. 250 & n exc. 500 ltrs , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hositing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (ISI marked) 500 litre capacity of multilayered layer wall construction (Cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including ball brass valves of 20mm dia, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe of brass ferrule and fixed in 20mm bore GI tube etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old brocken glass (any thickness, size,quality or description) from wooden frames or steel frame, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet glass 3mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor with 140mm overall length of cover plate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelled course finish even and fair for tile finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for Glazed Coloured Ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick jointless set and joint in neat cement slury and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as backing coat to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs fancy type Harrison rails, andodised aluminium alloy with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc, of 20mm dia for window and doors with curtain rings and decorative doom holders fixed to wall with screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pattern on roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'J' type hook bolt and washer or self tapping screws in roof, wall etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Sl item No. 62.00 here-in-above but except sheeting (any thickness) (NOTE: Seviceable sheeting (any thickness) obtained from dismantling under Sl item No 60.00 here-in-above shall be reused under the item)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular or square trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to Fe 410-W (Grade-E-250) Quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F structural steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe 410-W (Grade E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only structural steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe 410-W (Grade E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 600 x600mm comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25 x25 x0.35mm and main/cross tee of size 24 x38 x0.70mm with 4mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4mm thick Plain E-Board including fixing arrangement from steel truss of any type and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting including washing and cleaning etc and applying two coats of combat pattern synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar (1:4) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.(Using Dimapur Sand)

M&L for 2nd class hardwood weather boarding, clean sawn, plain, 20mm thick or feather edged 15 mm to 20mm thick and fixed with 30mm laps complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 5mm thick EPU floor coating system comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top:- (a) Preparation by cleaning surface from dust, dirt, muck, moisture & foreign material and cleaned by means of using mechanical scrubber/grinder, chemical treatment for oil if required. (b) Application of primer which shall be a two component solvent- free epoxy polyamido amine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing of 1:1 or as per manufacturer’s instruction to yield thickness of 200 microns. Make: “NITOPRIME-25” of Fosroc Chemicals(India) Pvt. Ltd. Or equivalent approved make of SIKA (c) Applying the screed layer with High strength self-smoothing epoxy underlay of minimum thickness of 3mm (2800 microns). The self levelling screed shall consist of a low viscous epoxy amine cured system and graded aggregates (special silica). The self epoxy system shall have a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin in 2:1 ratio. The aggregates shall be added over the copper tape in the ratio of 1:3 or 1:3:5 or as per manufacturer’s instruction. Make: “NITOFLOR EU5” of Fosroc Chemicals(India) Pvt. Ltd. Or equivalent approved make of SIKA. (d)Applying epoxy resin based floor topping shall be supplied in pre-weighed packs and ready to mix and use, which will consists of resin, hardener, EPI(Colour concentrate) and formulated aggregates to be mixed with resin & hardener in the pre-weighed ratio add EIP colour (colour concentrate) and formulated aggregates to agitate the mixture by an electrically driven motor and lay the mixture to the thickness of 2mm(2000 microns). Make: “NITOFLOR SL 2000” of Fosroc Chemicals(India) Pvt. Ltd. Or equivalent approved make of SIKA

Material and labour for 100/150mm wide polyurethane protective coating(Paint) which is a two component, pigmented, aliphatic polyurethane coating possessing good resistance to long term exposure of UV rays and chemical attack complete all as specified and as directed. Make: “NITOCOTE UR512” of Fosroc Chemicals(India) Pvt. Ltd. Or equivalent approved make of SIKA

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3) for EPU floor coating complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc for taking credit ( credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated 1100 volts, grade , multi-stranded FR copper conductor unsheathed in and including PVC rigid non metalic conduit 20 mm dia concelaed in wall /roof/ceiling with suitable size of anodized terminla box for mounting of switches,sockets and fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick ISI marked, plastic laminated sheet as top cover , one green colour cable of same size as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge for following :- (Colour code to be followed) (a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch

(b) One celling / exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch.complete all as specified and directed.

(c) One 5 Amp socket point same board with other switch

S&F in repair flush type piano switch, 6 Amps, single pole, one way 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair socket outlet 2 in 1, multipurpose 3 pin 6 Amp flush type ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable tube light connection and making good disturbed surface of walls complete all as specified and directed

S & F LED light fitting 1 x 20 W, 220 V AC decorative box type with driver , holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.
