Demolition of RCC of any description in any position not otherwise specially provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1 :2: 4 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and column in floors balconies,canopies, deck slabs and the shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Used and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work n.exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) flat in fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Used and waste of form work to edge of concrete flats, breaks in floors, opening in concrete walls,floors and roofs n.exc 20cm wide and side of RCC/PCC bands in walls and similar works exc 10cm but n exc 20cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally hooping for columns and binding with mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally hooping for columns, and binding with mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc n.exc. 10Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates)cement concrete in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulders masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 (except bricks), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Serviceable bricks obtained from Item No 9.00 shall be used.)

M&L for Flush pointing to brick wall/ drain in cement mortar 1:3 incl racking out joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Bricks, sub class B, laid on edge in floors; old size bricks bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid on edge in floors; old size bricks bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 (except bricks), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per above item No 15 here-in-before but except brick complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Serviceable bricks obtained from Item No 9.00 shall be used.)

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, benching etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Excavating cleaning of silt and liquid mud etc in foul condition any thickness of silt upto floor level of existing FLOOD SUMP OF AKASH VIHAR (NEAR OMQ AREA) including taking out and removal of excavated material to a distance exc 1.5 Km and n.exc 5 Km and deposited where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating of silt and liquid mud etc in foul condition in existing open drain (depth of the drain exc 0.5M and n exc 3.0M) including taking out and removal of excavated material to a distance exc 1.5 Km and n.exc 5 Km and deposited where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of debris, garbage material, deposited soil, uprooting of plant from drain and cleaning the drain upto 1.5M depth & removal of debris /garbage material to distance exc 1.5 Km and n.exc 5.00 Km, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of debris, garbage material, deposited soil, uprooting of plant from culvert drain pipe upto dia 1.5M depth & removal of debris /garbage material to distance exc 1.5 Km and n.exc 5.00 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material or soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm of soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for heavy duty vitrified coloured paving tiles of size 300mm X 300mm X 9-10mm thick exterior grade set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured or white cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including demolition of old tile, complete all as specifed and directed. Make:- Somany (Durastone) NITCO/Vitco/Mehtab tiles.

Supply and fixing of false ceiling in step (s) comprising of 12mm thick gypsum board including GI frame work for seamless ceiling made of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (n.exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre including two coats of plastic emulsion paint including takingdown old unserviceable false ceiling, complete all as specified and directed Make:- (i) False ceiling:- Armstrong/Gypboard/Anchorlam Anchor. (ii) Gypsum Board:- Gyproc/Lafarge boral/India gypsum. Note:- The measurement shall be made from wall to wall without considering step (s)/overlap at steps.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
