COMPREHENSIVE REPAIRS TO TILING, FLOORING, PLINTH PROTECTION, ROOF COVERINGS AND SANITARY FITTINGS AT CERTAIN BUILDINGS AT 5 AFH UNDER GE (AF) JORHAT

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Serviceable tiles shall be deposited to MES Store and shall be taken in Ledger. (ii) Ledger shall be verified at respective channel and attached with RAR/FB.

M&L for non skid coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, "light shade", area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floor, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match with the tile laid, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular), polished, light shade or any shade, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in dado/skirting, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match the surfaces of tiles, over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of size 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.6 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match with the tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, fixed as on vertical surfaces, such as dado/skirting, etc., of size 450x300x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and screed bed or bedding layer of (1:3) cement mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar and including 15mm thick screed bedding rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors or pavings not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as on flooring, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as on sub base complete all as specified and as directed.
