Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zond-III) derived from natural sources :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) with all complete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening , cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars with all complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of cantering and shuttering -All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) with all complete .

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m in all kind of soil with all complete.

Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with brick of class designation 7.5 on the bed of 12 mm mud mortar including filling of joints with sand with burnt clay non modular bricks with all complete.

Provision of Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and up to floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge, complete in all respect

Supplying, filling spreading & leveling coarse gravels of size range 5 mm to 20 mm in recharge pit, over the existing layer of bulders, in required thickness for all leads & lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge, complete in all respect.

Supplying, filling spreading & leveling coarse sand of size range 1.5 mm to 2mm in recharge pit, over the existing layer of bulders, in required thickness for all leads & lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge, complete in all respect

Manually carriage of stone boulders with loading, unloading & stacking as lead is of 300 meter from stacking place to working place with all complete.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Providing & fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to GI Pipe ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing, and similar works including single coat of priming coat of approved primer with all complete.

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of CCTV systems at Baradari, Sahibganj along with power backup with all complete.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with all complete.

Providing and fixing M.S grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S . flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all compete fixed to openings/wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc. with all complete

Providing and fixing 02 Nos Stainless steel (304 -Grade) Braille lipi C.N.B. board (Size- 400 mm x 400 mm) Matter writing in Hindi + English language with S.S. stand including Material, Engraving, Transportation, GST and labour cost etc all complete as per approval and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying Tactile tile for vision impaired persons as per standard of size 300x300x9.8 MM having with water absorption less then 0.50 % and confirming to IS:15622 of approve make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, courtyard, multi model locations etc. laid on 20 mm thick base of cement mortar of mix 1: 4 (1 Cement: 4 Sand) in all shapes and pattern with all complete.
