Dismantling of AC sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated etc.) including AC ridges in large patches as in roof covering in any height of building including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- opening of existing wind tie where required for taking down of AC sheet is deemed to be included in the rate quoted .

Dismantling of timber scantling 40Sqcm and over in section in any position such as in rafter, purlins etc. in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of timber fillets , rails, posts, rafters, purlin etc. under 40 sqcm in section, in any position in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for clean sawn 2nd class hard wood as in scantling more than 40 Sqcm in sectional area fixed to timber/iron frame work complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-Charge

Cutting holes into or through brick wall built in cement lime mortar and walls of cement concrete of superficial area exc 150 sqcm but n exc 400 sqcm and making good in CM 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required.

S&F rolled mild steel section work as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding door fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates and cooler stand and similar work confirming to Fe 410W(Gde E-250 quality A) complete all as specified. (Note : In any height of building including necessary scaffolding)

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof, wall etc. fixed with L-type or cranked hook bolts in any height of building including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on fair surfaces of walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and celling board (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness including cover fillets as directed.

S&F false ceiling with Everest Fiber Cement Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595 mm and any one of the design (oceanic, lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32 mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200 mm c/c and cross "T" of size 15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 15x20 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including , required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanized Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T -sections shall be centra black pre-painted with polyester paint, and having a load bearing capacity of 12 kg/sqm, all complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation new plastered surfaces of wall and providing two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of surfaces of walls by washing rubbing down & stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint, in any colour complete all as specified and as directed

Description same as per above item but applying subsequent coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing of surfaces of walls, pilasters, cornices etc. by washing, rubbing down & stopping etc. and applying one coat of oil bound distemper in any colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of primer on surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood & wood based material of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as kerb or benching to wall and similar work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
