Surface excavation not exceding 30 cm deep in hard and dense soil and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out green vegetation, roots, bushes, etc surrounding of pump house, cutting anxious green growth / vegetation growth for cleaning out the area around OH tank / pump house at ground level by cutting up root, un- wanted plants / trees bushes and removal the same to a distance not less than 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed. by engineer -in -charge. Note :- The area shall be maintained from commencement of contract to completion date and paind at once only

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil including trimming of tree roots in trenches complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Repair & maintenance of existing header, jointing, welding pipe line with header incl material such as, Tee, long/short MS bend coppller, flange, nuts, bolts, washer, rubber gas kit as per existing size of pipe, excavation, earth work complete all as directed by engr in charge ( Note : Earth work, fitting DI/CI pipes of all sizes measured and paid seprately)

S&F in replacement ladder in overhead tank (in side) of suitable length made out of mild steel angle of size 60x60x6 mm conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including painting with two coats of anti corrosion paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fixed inside overhead tank with nut/ bolts/ washers of suitable size complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for making good the disturbed portion of road/floor/platform etc including necessary form work and dismantelling of old PCC complete all as specfied and directed

M& L for repair of existing MS pits/tank cover, air pipe including of unsv hinghes, hook, wire mesh, welding work and applying one coat of synthetic enameled black paint after appying one coat of red oxide primer complete.

S&F in repair old U/S gland packing of valves/pump setc. of size 12 mm complete with neoprene rubber gasket, jointing material and incl nuts/bolts/washer of suitable size etc complete all as specified and directed.
