Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

Providing and laying Ceramic terrace tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) , laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.50mm thick or below. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Laying of gang saw cut 18 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Old granite slab shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Granite work in skirting, risers of steps and dado up to 2 m height over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, , including cutting required size rubbing, curing, polishing etc. all complete as per Architectural drawings, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(18mm thick granite slab will be supplied by the Department)

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m :

12 Ways VTPNDB with 100 A MCCB: Supplying and fixing 12 ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 volts, TPN MCB distribution board (with wire way/cable end box) of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's, along with 100 amps TP 18 KA, TMD MCCB having adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic rereleases with set of spreaders as incomer, interconnection between incomer MCCB and bus bars as required. The VTPN DB shall be mounted on an adequate size angle/flat and grouted/ fixed (drilling, cutting welding painting etc) firmly in the existing wall as required as per site condition complete in all aspects. The above DB shall include the following’C' series, 10 kA MCB's in the outgoing circuits TP MCB-63A-2 Nos TP MCB-32A-5 Nos SP MCB-6-32A-15Nos Blanking plates -As required.

In MNO2 Area: Removing the existing TPN and SPN DB's including frames,open type industrial panels, SFU’s of all size, Fuse carriers, Motor Starters, industrial sockets, Main switches, circuit and point wirings, fans, switch boards, power boards and light fittings with GI pipe , and other unused and worn-out electrical installations, cutting the L angle channels and other unwanted materials which is deemed to be removed in and around the Mno2 division area complete and returning the removed items to the departments stores or any such place within the institute area as directed by the engineer in charge as per site condition. Required as per site condition.

Civil Plumbing storage Area: Removing the existing old 400 A Bus bar industrial open type panel and 2 no’s TPN DB and main switch in civil plumbing storage area along with the old UG cables of various sizes, up to 6 " beyond floor level and returning the removed materials to the departments stores or any such place within the institute area as directed by the engineer in charge as per site condition.

Dismantling Item- AL Bus bar in MNO2 Division:- Removing the unused aluminium bus bars (apprx-40 mtrs of sizes 150mm) along with the structural support provided in the truss level, removing the unnessery channels/ TL pattys etc holding/mounted in the supoporting structures, removing the supports provided in the wall and removing the ground level support at minimum 6 " below the ground level with necessary gas/machine cutting as required as per site condition.in and around the MNO2 Division area,completein all aspects as required as per site condition and returning the removed materials to the stores section as directed by the engineer in charge.
