Demolition of cement concrete/Bituninuos macadam of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 30 cm or less and finishing the cement concrete surface ,finishing surface of concrete roads,pavements by broorming all as specified and as directed for upto 300 mm thick concrete complete NOTE :- (i) No extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for more quantity of cement than mentioned in Sch 'A' on plus side. However price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of cement content used in the work. (ii) Design mix for PQC shall be got designed from approved lab/institutions and approval of CWE shall be obtained. Concrete mix plant shall also be inspected & approved by the rep detailed by Accepting officer.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

M&L for MS work as in hold fasts,anchoring rings for mooring points made out of 20 mm dia bars shape as required for air crafts as in repairs by any means i.e welding/locking/grouting at parking bays of dispersal complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation and Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc, on new painted concrete surfaces of runway /airfield pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm width with two coat of water based road marking paint, acqua/water based white or golden yellow/pink/red over a coat of primer all as per manufacturer's instructions and marking edges of paint straight in line complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation and Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc, on old painted concrete surfaces of runway / airfield pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm width with one coat of water based road marking paint, acqua/water based white or golden yellow/pink/red over a coat of primer all as per manufacturer's instructions and marking edges of paint straight in line complete all as specified and as directed.(NOTE- After 90 days painting will be done repeatedly in the same area.)

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc, on concrete surfaces of runway / airfield pavements or roads etc and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide with two coats of aqua/water based road marking paint, white or golden yellow tint all as per manufacturer's instructions, marking good edges of paint straight in line including preparation of new surfaces to receive the painting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc, on concrete surfaces of runway / airfield pavements or roads etc and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide with one coat aqua/water based road marking paint, white or golden yellow tint all as per manufacturer's instructions, marking good edges of paint straight in line including preparation of old surfaces to receive the painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of demolished building materials etc considering as 0.68 cum as one load such as concrete /bituminuous macadam etc to approved dumping yard by GHMC to a distance of 10KM or beyond the lead included in the rates ,including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints by cutting, raking out existing concrete of rigid pavements and including forming joints 08mm to 15mm width and 20mm to 25mm depth by diamond cutter, cleaning the side and bottom of joints by compressed air (using diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity) including removing the scrapped materials to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 150m and depositing the the material as directed by Engr-in-charge and preparing joints to receive polyurethane joint filling priming with Rally prime-190, sealed with Rallithane-862 polyurethane sealent with backup rod of suitable size all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed(MAKE: Chemetail - Rai India Ltd.STP. or equivalent compounds of Fosroc Chemicals (india) Pvt. Ltd. NOTES FOR SERIAL ITEM Nos: 10.00 (a) If the depth of joints is removed more than specified depth, suitable filler board to be fitted under the sealing compound without any extra cost. (b) Making good edges shail be done with diamond cutters (c) Diameter of backup rod shall be 20-25% more than the width of joints to ensure tight fit. (d) Entire polyurethane joint filling shall be done with mechanical systems. (e) At places, if the mechanical appliances become impractical GE's permission in writing shall be obtained for carrying out the joints filling manually (f) The work shall be got executed through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer Chemitail-Rai or Fosroc Chemicals (India) Pvt Ltd. (g) The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for any excess width of the joints formed during diamond cutting.

M&L Cutting the existing edges/ joints of PCC slabs / rigid pavements by either diamond cutting machine or by chiseling removing loosened material to a distance exceeding 200 m and not exceeding 250 m and depositing in depressions including levelling cleaning of concrete surface with compressed air to remove all dust, dirt, grease, bitumen loose materials etc., superficial area not exceeding 0.2 Sqm and depth exceeding 40 mm and not exceeding 80 mm and filling with epoxy resin mortar comprising one part of epoxy resin and five paris of quartz sand Mix No.10 by weight after applying epoxy resin primer (tack coat)@0.32 Kg/Sqm including removal and cleaning of old sealing compound including bitumen filler pad 8 to 12 mm thick to adjust joint and refilling of sealing compound grade 'B' not exceeding 30 mm depth to match evenly the adjoining surface of existing PCC slab complete all as specified and as directed

M&L milling the bituminous pavement surfaces upto a depth of 40 mm using milling machine to make a uniform surface without disturbing the base and cleaning the milled surface, removing loose particals, loose dirt etc using labour and machineries etc includingpreparation of surfaces to receive tack coat, stacking the milled material a side of road where directed including all leads & lift as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:disturbed/damaged portion of surfaces after milling shall be made good with pre mix Dense Bituminous Macadam ).

M&L for applying evenly a priming /tack coat with cationic bitumen (RS-1) @3.5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparing unsurfaced black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming /tack coat with cationic bitumen (RS-1) @ 2.5Kg/10 Sqm for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for premix dense bituminous macadam (DBM) 75mm or less (consolidated) thickness in single layer (completed thickness) using paving bitumen binder of grade VG-30 with 4% binder by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical sensor paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using vibratory/pneumatic and tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) No extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for more quantity of bitumen than mentioned in Sch 'A' on plus side. However price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of binder content used in the work. (ii) Design mix for bituminous premix dense bitiminous macadam shall be got designed from approved lab/institutions and approval of CWE shall be obtained. Hot mix plant shall also be inspected & approved by the rep detailed by Accepting officer.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm (consolidated thickness)in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 as binder with 5.5% minimum binder content mixed by weight of total mix as wearing course, using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller complete all as specified. Note :- (i) No extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for extra quantity of bitumen than mentioned in Sch "A" on plus side. However price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of binder content used in the work. (ii) Design mix for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be got designed from approved lab/institute and approval of CWE shall be obtained. Hot mix plant shall also be inspected & approved by the rep detailed by Accepting officer.
