RequiredSpecial condition for cleaning, clearing of Ash at AHP including silos - The successful bidders should deploy the required number of own/hired vehicles tractor with bull/loader and trailer or open truck and Excavators/JCB/Hitachi within one week from the date of LOI/WO. In case emergency the bidder should provide required number of loader/bull/JCB/open truck and tractor with trailer as per KPCL requirement mentioned in table and also upload the Annexure - III - Declaration III

RequiredThe bidder shall upload declaration as per the Annexure IA that none of his contracts have been subject to forfeiture of EMD/foreclosure/termination of their Contract in KPCL/Government or any other utility and not blacklisted for participating in tender by KPCL or Government or any other utility in India during the past three years.And studied the site conditions, labour conditions and read the bid documents. Bidder shall upload Declaration as per Annexure IB, Annexure II & Annexure III.

RequiredThe Bidder shall quote rates exclusive of GST and inclusive of all other applicable taxes, levies, duties and cess etc., as per the prevailing regulations of GOI and GOK. Declaration in this regard has to be furnished as per Annexure - IV.

RequiredIn case, the Bidder have submitted 2 years or 5 years work done certificate only single year - 12 consecutive months in preceding five years - executed work done amount will be consider for evaluation.

RequiredThe bidder should be free from any of the statutory body appraisal/obligation/charges undergoing & shall produce relevant proof /declaration with an undertaking to get absolved. In this regard declaration to be furnished as per Annexure - IV

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures/consortium are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall quote lumpsump excluding of GST.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

1. Work Experience: The Bidder should have executed the work of Operation & Maintenance of Ash Handling Plant (Wet System & Dry System) of 500 MW or above capacity in any thermal power station in a single work order as a prime contractor (OR) The bidder should have executed as a prime contractor, complete plant maintenance of any coal fired Thermal Power Plant including Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of AHP of 500 MW or above, in a single work order (in such case 1/3rd amount of contract executed value will be considered for evaluation as per work done evaluation criteria mentioned).(2) Work Done: The Bidder should have satisfactorily executed the above said work as a prime contractor in a single contract for an amount of not less than Rs. 179.38 Lakhs (Exclusive of GST) in the any ONE year during the preceding FIVE years (2021-22 to 2025-26) in any thermal power station 500MW or above. The intending bidder shall furnish work order and relevant satisfactory work done certificate certified by the competent authority. On demand original shall be produced for verification. (3) Note: Work done of previous financial years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited. (4) Work Orders or Work Completion Certificates issued to any individual members of Joint Venture/ individual members of Consortium shall not be considered. Work Orders or Work Completion Certificates issued to any Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be considered. (5)Work Orders or Work Completion Certificates issued to any Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be considered.

Financial Status

Financial Bid Criteria: The intending bidder should have achieved minimum financial turnover shall not be less than Rs. 717.51 lakhs (Exclusive of GST) in each of any two financial years during last FIVE financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). The bidders shall submit certified copy of Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet of corresponding two years certified by the Chartered Accountant and same shall be uploaded along with the technical bid. On demand original shall be produced for verification. Note: Financial turnover of previous financial years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited.
