M & L for Conducting detailed on ground surface/ sub surface GPR survey for the requisite area of bitumen road, unmetalled road, footpath, covered drain and parking area on the both sides of the road(upto 8mtr depth) of 80 acres in Naval Dockyard Mumbai area . The survey to be done at intervals of 5 mtr and with close intervals of 0.5 mtr at road crossings, other utilities, in addition to all areas,This would also include all jetties, wharfs, dry docks, slipways, inside building areas within ND(MBI) where GPR survey is feasible and acessible alongwith jetty sides are also to be undertaken to identify culverts and under jetty services.The survey will be conducted with adequate advanced technologies with GPR having minimum specification are as under: (i) Antenna frequency: 450MHz (ii) Analogue to digital converter range- not less than 18 bit (iii) Dynamic range- not less than 135dB Data Acquisition rates- upto 15 traces per second (iv) Maximum no. of traces- 1000 (v) Trace stacking number- minimum 8 mtr. (vi) Spatial resolution- better than 0.3 mtr (vii) File size of single profile-upto 1000 traces (viii) Interface- USB/Wifi (ix) Continuous opeartion time- not less than 8 hrs. (x) Noise cancellation filter for mapping/ identifying various services viz. Electrical, water supply and sewage installations along with overhead and Under ground cabling, street Lights, Joints in Cables, piping, valves, Power Houses/pump houses, Sub Stations, RMUs, 4/2 Pole Structures, Transformers, LT Feeders, OHTs, Sewage PHs, Air conditioning Plants, D.G sets, communication network etc. including use of EZISYSTEM(GEOMAX) or any other similar cable avoidance equipment for locating buried cable and pipeswith dual frequency transmitter (8,33kHz) and the unique automatic pinpoint feature excluding built up area, including sub surface utility mapping will be undertaken by adopting the following quality levels:

Quality level D Quality level C Quality level B Quality level A Note: (i)The surface/ sub surface survey shall be carried out as per visual inspection, data provided by the departmental engineers, readily available maps on free to use sites like google maps etc. and with the use of sophisticated equipments like Pipe and Cable locators etc.. (ii) Utilities below 3mtrs may be missed in GPR survey in view of the typical depth limitation associated in any GPR utility.

M & L for preparation/generating detailed 2D maps and Detailed topographic survey and report making of all site's showing all the existing surface feature with spot levels, contour at suitable intervals with GPS X, Y, Z by STONEX DGPS or similar technique. Survey and preparation of map and detection of position of all the exisitng structures, buidlings( incl cranes and lifts) , boundary walls, paved areas, drains, man holes, electrical (LT/HT) and other overhead lines, transformers, septic tank, STP, roads, compound wall and any other structures including any water bodies, all types of vegetation/trees with its dimension and any other informatic features within the proposed survey sites. Preparation of contour map/plan at interval of 1.0 meter.

M & L for genearating/preparation of 3D map/model, with spatial accuracy< 5cm, of the yard by aerialor ground survey using technologies like Drone/Hand held LIDAR scanner or high resolution satellite immaginery for collecting geomatics data with Geo referencing. The high resolution geotagged images taken from various altitudes(50-120m ). The Drone capturing images in a grid format above the identified location at an angle vary from 45 degree to 90 degree, The image taken from drone transfereed to drone image processing software will be used for generation of DSM, DTM and 2D-3D maps.

Note Item NO. 1 to 4: (a) A comprehensive survey report to post processing of collect survey raw data including drawings created in Carlson civil suite & IGIS platform (b) IGIS software for modification & 3D visualization of data (1000% indigenous with perpetual license model) (c) Minimum manpower required for field GPR & topographic survey including QL-A to QL D and preparation of drawings including software - 08 persons per day (d) Collation, processing and sperimposition of satellite imagery/ aerial photography through satellite is also to be undertaken as part of aerial survey. (e) Development of web based GIS solution with map and 360 degree panoramic imagery integrated minimum 10 user.

M & L for site preparation for GPR survey including clearing and levelling of surface all as directed. Note : For Item NO. 1 to 6: (a) Non destructive surface geo physical methods to be leveraged to determine the presence of the subsurface ytilities and to mark their horizontal position on ground surface. (b) Licensed software to be used with provision for renewal on expiry. Intial validity of minimum 5 years to be provided. (c) Guarantee/warranty for minimum of 02 yrs from handling over to be provided. (d) Suitable training for yard reps should be provided as and when required. Limited to atleast 04 times a year for minimum 2 years . Duration of training may be mutually on the completion of project (e) Product support and assistance to be made available, including both hardware and software issues for atleast 02 years (f) the 3D maps should be ammendable, for inclusion/deletion of services . (g) The above quoted rate includes civil work as per site requirement in tem No. 6 Note: Payment shall be made only after satisfactory commissioning and completion of Serial item No.1 to 4 of BOQ (altogether) as quoted..Contractor shall note this aspect while quoating, no misunderstanding shall be entertained. Rest of items payment made as and when contractor raise claim after completion of that items as per laid down periodicity.
