Providing following consumables for replacement for 40 kVA EA Sets a) Rocker Cover Gaskets

b) Oil Filters

c) Diesel Oil Filters with " O " Rings

d) Lub Oil ( 15 W 40 Grade )

e) High pressure hydraulic flexible pipes of suitable size with 14 mm banzo washers ( copper ) at both ends of fixing etc. as required

f) Providing and fixing of new Diesel indication level pipe for Diesel Tank including removing the old etc. as required

g) Supply and fixing of 12 V box type Battery Charger with float and boost indications and with auto cutoff and reverse polarity including interconnections for charging of Battery etc as required

Attending minor repairs and Servicing of above 40 KVA EA sets by deputing skilled Technician including tappet setting, cleaning of Air Filter bath, Tightening of "V" Belts, nuts and bolts, cleaning of over spilled diesel and oil etc as required

g) Providing and Fixing of Hose for Turbo Charger by removing the old broken one for 125 kVA EA set etc. as required

g) Providing and fixing of SS Clips for fixing of Hose pipe and Hose etc. as required

k) Complete servicing of radiator by removing the existing coolant mixed water and cleaning the same for de-scaling of existing both bottom and top tanks with necessary cleaning agents etc, as required

Supply and fixing of 24 V box type Battery Charger with float and boost indications and with auto cutoff and reverse polarity including interconnections for charging of Battery set etc as required

Attending minor repairs and Servicing of 125 kVA EA sets including tappet setting, cleaning of Air Filter bath, Tightening of "V" Belts, nuts and bolts, cleaning of over spilled diesel and oil etc as required

Repairing of the existing self starter by replacing the faulty/worn out components like carbon brushes, bushes,making servicing including transportation,reinstallation testing and commissioning etc.., complete as require.

Providing and fixing the following capacity lead acid battery for the existig DG Set including making interconnections, initial charging, testing etc., as required. (Make of the battery shall be as per the BSNL approved product Directory) a) 12V 150AH
