Comprehensive AMC for chlorine leak absorption system for a period of 12 month which includes the following services. During the monthly visit we will carryout complete check-up of all the items and trail run off the system.

Painting of caustic solution tank , tonner hood , blower , platform and chemical pump base plate

Supplying and erecting all the nut /bolts /ss washers and 5 mm thick superior quality gaskets of the system will be checked every year and replace once in a year as per the condition on site

Replacement of PP circulation pump, motor for PP pump and motor for blower will be replaced 100 % if they are found not performing upto the mark

Replacement of all the valves in the system are covered 100 % along with piping

Maintain the concentration of caustic solution shall be checked every year and necessary arrangement will be done to maintain the concentration level @ 20 % constant

Refilling and servicing of self contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) protect cylinder etc complete.

Supplying of emergency kit to stop the leakages from 900 kg capacity chlorine tonner includes, tie rod , wing nut , hood gasket, front bar, hood, pressure bolt, valve, back bar, plug hood, plug hood bolt , nylon rope, dock plate ,docking bolt, chain, pressure plate with gaskit, pressure plate bolt, yoke clamp, lead washer, hose nipple jublee clip, taper pin, blind nipple , 1/2 "PVC pipe ammonia solution , ammonia torch, goggle, PVC gloves, apron, hammer, key for valve spindle, fix spanner and screw driver etc complete

Servicing , repairing of chemical pump, blower and motors for pump and blower

Rectification of minor leakages of caustic solution tank , absorption tower, blower impeller and left over tank are not covered in the scope of work, however minor leakages shall be removed whenever necessary.
