Sub Station Labour charges for day to day round the clock operation of 2 x 1250 KVA , 11KV/0.433 KV substation, HV and LV panel boards, control panel board including capacitor banks, 110 volt DC trip circuit with maintenance free batteries, battery charger, indoor type 630A, 20KA VCBs, 1600amp ACBs and other allied accessories including sweeping cleaning of sub-station’s switch yard, control room, office room, toilets etc. by engaging electrical supervisor, electrician etc. as per direction of EIC. w.e.f. 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027

Periodial inspection, thrice in a month, by Electrical supervisor having valid Supervisors' certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity( Licensing Board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Govt. of India along with Pump Technician/Supervisor w.e.f 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027 Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with date and time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in the Pump House & Substation Building. The Supervisor requires to have through/in-depth inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy / fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. pumps, motors, valves with actuators, flow/level/pressure instruments,gauges, lightings, waisting arrangements, exhaust fans, HT & LT Panel Boards, Cables, capacitors, Transformer, Battery and Battery charger along with in- house lighting system.

Cleaning of contacts by CRC 226 spray in the HT & LT Panel Board, cleaning of all Terminal Sockets,Coils one in a month along with minor repairing (if required) of the electrical equipments by supplying necessary sundry materials/electro mechanical accessories as required in presence of Electrical Supervisor/ Electrician and to be recorded in the log book with date.

Calibration of all meters viz. Ammeter, Voltmeter, Kilowatt meter etc. and testing of all relays, LT & HT breakers, earthing arrangement system including testing of transformer oil by any agency approved by Directorate of Electricity/WBSEDCL/Any Power Generating unit, once in a year and submission of the test report in duplicate to Department in each case as required and as per direction of EIC.

N.B:- 1. Quoted rate should be inclusive of ESI, PF as per latest amendment and also comply with the Notification no.- 06/STAT/12RW/03/2023/LCS, dt. 02/04/2025 of the office the Labour Commissioner, Govt of W.B. & Reference Memo No- PHE/1095/O-5/16 (Pt) Dated- 22-05-2025 of the Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal 2. GST exempted related to Article 243G/243W of the Constitution of India and CGST Rate Notification No. 12/2017-Central Tax (Rate) and corresponding WBGST Rate Notification No. 1136-FT, both dated 28.06.2017, as amended from time to time. 3. The rates are exclusive of Cess.
