Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM including preparation of WMM surfaces as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete including preparation of WBM surfaces all as specified and directed .

M &L for premixed bitumenous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to requred gradient and camber (consolidated thickness ) less then 75 mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for bituminious premix asphaltic semi dense (consolidated thickness), (Minimum 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix). Rolled and 40 mm thick compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified. The premix shall be prepared in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver all as specified.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
