Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth and getting out including forming bottom surfaces to required level or slope including removing of cable cover bricks for relaying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with layers of sand ( 8 cm deep before laying cable and 15 cm after laying cable ) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed .

Removing of old paint by removers scrubing from HT steel poles 11 mtr, cross arms clamps etc for repainting and M&L for painting with one coat of superior quality aluminum paint on exposed surface of poles including clamps and cross arms mounted on the poles and MS sections as under making black strip upto1.5 Mtr height from ground level and writing pole Nos (height of letters not less than 2.5 inches) etc. written on it with black synthetic enamel paint compete all as specified and directed

Trimming of tree branches upto 100mm thick and around 1.50 mtr HT/LT OH line by using manually or and machnically and taking out/shifting the cut branches from site to other place upto 200 mtr complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for surface dressing and getting out, wild growth cutting in soft and loose soil complete once in a three months or as directed under/around over head lines, out door sub stations, GODs, transformers, panels and street light poles etc including dusting/cleanging of 11KV/0.433 KV Sub Stn Room after surface dressing of all equipment installed in Sub Stn. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Proper shut down shall be insured by contractor.2 Measurement shall be recorded at every cutting/dressing and paid. 3. No extr payment shall be paid for ducting. )

Material and labour for checking and finding out pin point location of fault in HT underground cable 11 KV with the help of fault locating mobile machine complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) All T&P and other acceseries required for checking and finding of fault in cable shall be provided by the Contractor (ii) Charges/rent of the fault locating mobile machine, operator, engineer, electricians etc shall be deemed to included rate quoted by Contractor. (iii) Checking and finding fault upto 03 places of same route of the cable will be considered as one Job (in same route 03 finding fault along with any number of checking shall be count as 01 job)

Dismantling and taking out power transformer of capacity 3150 KVA, 33/11 KV from its position for repair, servicing & rewinding installed at MRS on plinth structure by disconnecting & opening HV, LV Electrical connection, earthing connection along with following other works complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Transportation of transformer from MRS Agra to manufacturer's workshop and back to site by making necessary arrangement of T&P (Crane, recovery vehicle, tripoid to be arranged by the contractor). (b) Opening of transformer top cover by extraction, removing of serviceable / unserviceable nuts bolts and washers and lifting primary coil (HV) and secondary coil (LV), dismantling of transformer part by part carefully and display all the parts without damaging any portion for inspection. (c) Draining out of transformer oil. (d) Reassembling the transformer complete with all existing serviceable parts and new parts as ordered. (e) Reinstall the transformer at site in position as directed after repair connecting HV, LV elecrical connections, earthing connection. (f) Testing of transformer as per IS-2026 be carried out.

Item No.16.00 (Contd...) (g) Checking / overhauling oil cooled tap changer (OCTC) testing. (h) Minor parts required for testing of transformer, consumable items required during installation of transformer, testing of earthing servicing & testing of bucholz relay, servicing of bushing, CTs, WTI & OTI and to make transformer in operational condition complete in all respect and making transformer ready for testing of 33/11 KV all routine test to checking all the parameters in workshop completely shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate complete all as specified and directed. (j) Centrifusing of transformer oil till Di-electric strength not less than 55 KV with 2.0 mm gap. (k) Scraping old paint and applying one coat of synthetic enamel smoke grey paint and painting shall be done by spray machine including writing of MES No and date of repair etc at prominent place / location of transformer with black paint of back ground with white lettering complete all as specified and directed (height of letters not less than 2.5 inches). Note :- (i) Renewal of unserviceable parts like, rewinding, reinsulation of primary and secondary coil with copper winding wire, topping up of tnsformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ. (ii) Renewal of adequate size nut, bolts, washers, gasket of transformer top cover shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L in renewal of high quality silicon strip ( to carry magnetic flux ) to match with existing core unit including insulation material suitable for HT 33/11 KV transformer for rewinding of primary coil (33 KV) of 33/11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of primary coil (33 KV) of 33/11 KV transformer of upto 3150 KVA capacity using proper size DPC copper wire and insulation material, heating coils in heat chamber after rewinding including taking out carefully burnt unserviceable copper winding of coils complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of secondary coil (11 KV) of 33/11 KV, transformer upto 3150 KVA capacity using proper size DPC copper wire and insulation material, heating coils in heat chamber after rewinding including taking out carefully burnt unserviceable copper winding of coils complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-insulation of primary coil and core of transformer of 33 KV using proper size paper insulation material made out of DPC copper wire and HT insulation material suitable for HT 33/11 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Item shall be measured only where re-insulation of copper wire is required

M&L for re-insulation of secondary coil and core (11 KV) of transformer by using proper size of paper insulation material of form DPC copper wire and insulation material suitable for HT 33/11 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Item shall be measured only where re-insulation of copper wire is required.

Supply and fix in renewal of HT bushing with stud complete for 33 KV side of 33/11 KV transformer, 2/3.15 MVA capacity, any size/ type including metal part and brass nut bolts and washers of any type & sizes including opening of top cover of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in renewal of HT bushing with stud complete for 11 KV side of 33/11 KV transformer, 2/3.15 MVA capacity, any size/ type including metal part and brass nut bolts and washers of any type & sizes including opening of top cover of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of transformer oil conforming to IS -335 of 1993 upto desired level of transformer oil capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 55 KV with 2.0 mm gap.

M&L in renewal winding temperature indicator with sensor bulb ( WTI)and dial thermometer suitable for HT 33/11 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in renewal Oil temperature indicator ( OTI) with sensor bulb and dial thermometer suitable for HT 33/11 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for inspecting repair, testing and caibration of all control & relay complete all as specified and directed including the following :- (a) IDMT relay (b) Master relay (c) All other miscellenous relays including checking of all wiring circuit. Note :- Tripping machanism as per tansformer protection requirement shall be got done from OEM / Torrent Power Corporation before energizing the transformer.

M & L for servicing and testing of HT Breaker 11 KV . 630 Amp -1000Amp complete with all test as required and resetting of relay and proper alignment of mechanical system of breaker including renewal of unservicable contact jaw/point , spring charging motor, renewal of connecting plate with copper as per existing size and grear etc where necessary including necessary spares for smooth functioning complete all as specified & directed. Notes :- (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and renewal of unserviceable parts with new parts. The renewed parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ as 'supply only '
