37 mm thick shotcrete by wet mix process, applied with compressed air gun after chipping of defective concrete / masonry, racking the joints, cleaning of surface thoroughly with wet sand blasting after fixing of 9 gauge good quality rust free welded mesh of size 50 mm x 50 mm in TWO layers with anchors / clamps. After racking the joints clean the surface thoroughy by wet sand blasting, anchor the first layer of welded mesh in position and apply 15 mm cement concrete (1:2:1) by pressure gun and after hardening of first layer, anchor second layer of welded wire mesh, apply 22 mm thick cement concrete complete in all respect. Cement concrete comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water and quick setting compound in the proportion 1:2:1, sand and coarse aggregate conforming to IS 383 and table no. 1 of IS;9012 respectively.

Dismantling cement concrete including disposal of material within 50 m lead, inclusive of de-watering wherever required.
