Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for removing/ laying of cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm with soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering & consolidation for cable cushioning all as specified and directed

Supply and laying DWC HDPE pipes of pressure rating 6 Kg/Cm sq of size 32 mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, install, test and commissioning of LT Feeder pillar box indoor type totally enclosed with only front opening hinged doors with canopy sloped top projected and raised platform of suitable sizes weather dust vermin proof IP-54 protection CPRI approved, factory fabricated, cubical panel free standing type, made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet with locking arragement, factory made powder coated as approved colour, copper bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire LT, AC, 50Hz, 433 volts, 300 Amps rating capacity RYBN insulated with sleeved insulation complete with multifunctional meter LED type by showing Amps, volts, frequency etc along with suitable size of CT on outgoing, indicating lamp RYB , complete internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable, including cable glands and lugs for incoming and out going cables as per required sizes, PCC platform made out of 1:2:4 type B1 and pedestal of 30 cm height from GL with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc, all as specified and directed for suitable to accomodate the following items including supply and fix following items and all as specified and directed by dismantling exisiting unserviceable LT panel complete with Make of LT Panel-L&T/ Legrand/ HPL. Supply and fix in repairs of FRP looping box of size 250x200x100 mm with connector, MCB 6 Amps, Din Rail, GI clamps made out of GI flat of size 25mm X 3 mm channel including making connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of Steel Tubular pole 7/9 mtr long by scarping old paint and applying two coats of Aluminium paint including numbering of pole with black oil paint and painting the base of the pole in alternate black and yellow stripes each 30 Cm apart up to 1.5 mtr height including marking of MES No. with black paint on the pole all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for secure/hanging of electrical XLPE/PVC cable/wires of any size on walls/ceiling with clamps, hooks, nuts , bolts and other accessories for electrical hyigen complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for servicing & spray painting factory made powder coated as approved colour and servicing of LT panel with burnts wiring, cleaning of panel , lugs, glands of any size, and others connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply install, test and commissioning of Powder coated LT Feeder panel cubical out door type Channel mounted compartmentalized in construction all Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1 1993 CPRI approved factory fabricated made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories / fittings, to accommodate incoming MCB and TPN Copper bus bars, incomer MCB and outgoing MCB, Contactors The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator.
