Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitument distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared bituminious surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a HMP 30/40 TPH, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per technical specification clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per technical specification clause 510

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2

Supply and laying of empty cement bags filled with local earth, sand and carriage up to site of work including stiching loading and unloading stacking and also including supply of all material labour T&P required for proper completion of the work etc as per direction of E/I.
