Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for 2mm thick epoxy resin based floor topping after priming the surface solvent base epoxy resin primer designed for maximum absorption and adhesion as per manufrature specification including prepartion of floor by wire brushing or light grit blasting to remove laitance, dust and cleaning the same to acheive machanical key between the floor and coating system and applying epoxy putty mixed with suitable fillers to cover the worn out areas all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Floor topping shall be Nitoflor SL 2000 of M/s FOSROC/MASTERTOP TM 1215 PLUS of BASF or equivalent in CIPY. (b) Primer shall be Nitoprime 25 of M/s FOSROC or equivalent in BASF/CIPY. Expansion joint 20mm thick and 20 mm width filled with performed bituminous filler applying bond breker tap on top of filler board for complete width of joint provision of polystrene backup rod 20mm dia ,filled with polyurethene sealent (minimum depth of sealent above backup rod shal be 20 mm )complies with BS-5212,priming the side and applying masking tape on edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent applied for thickness of concrete slab 225mm as per manufacture instructions (Note: Ht of Bldg up to 13 M)

Supply and fixing of armstrong ceiling system with fine fissured edge tiles having humidity resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.34 light reflectance approx 84% Thermal conductivity K=0.052 - 0.057. W/mk colour white fire performance of class-I as per BS 476 part 6 & 7 in module size of 600 x 600 x 16 mm thick suitable ofr green building appliation with recycled content of 38-41% with Armstrong silhouette profile exposed grid system with 15 mm white flanges incorporating 6 mm central reveal in white/black colour. Silhoutte, main runners & cross tees to have mitred ends & birdsmouth notches to provide mitred cruciform junctions. The Tee sections have a galvanising of 170 gms per sqm & passed through 500 hrs of salt test.
