Excavation in hard rock (blasting prohibited) with benching, chiselling and wedging such as hard rock, sheet rock and boulders in habitant areas where controlled blasting cannot be done with different lifts as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers, including protecting walls and other structures, existing water supply lines, sewes, power cables, telephone cables/ducts, storm water drains, traffic signals etc.,wherever it is possible so as not to distrub the existing utility service etc., taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas such as urban areas diversion of the traffic, removel of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and including backfilling for pipeline trenches for laying sewer/water supply lines/ foundations including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete. as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers. Construction of 0.90 Mts internal diameter sewer manhole of minimum depth 1.00 Mts with Fly ash/cement/lime solid blocks with compressive strength of 75 kg/sq.cm - IS:12894-1990 - CLASS - 7.5 225 x 100 x 60 mm in CM (1:4) Prop. with CC Bed (1:3:6) prop. with Sulphate Resistant Cement using 6mm to 20mm HG metal and benching and channel finished with CC(1:2:4) with SRC, haunches and channels with 20mm thick inside plastering using sulphate resistant cement CM(1:4) prop; outside plastering 12mm thick in CM(1:4) prop; excluding supply and fixing of manhole frame and cover, cost and conveyance of all of materials and other incidential and operational charges etc., complete. as directed by the HMWSSB Engineers..

Construction of additional 0.1m depth for 0.90 Mts internal diameter sewer manhole of with Fly ash/cement/lime solid blocks in CM (1:4) Prop. and benching with CC(1:2:4) with SRC, with 20mm thick inside plastering using sulphate resistant cement CM(1:4) prop; outside plastering 12mm thick in CM(1:4) prop; including cost of all materials fixing of CI / FRP steps and FRC cover and Frames as directed by the HMWSSB Engineers.

Supply, delivery and filling of Good Quality Gravell whereever required including cost and conveyance stacking, levelling, watering, tampering rolling all leads labour charges and other incidental and operational charges etc.,complete as directed by the HMWSSB Engineers.

Bailing out water from the pipe line trenches with oil engine driven pump sets, 5HP/HR including hire charges, fuel charges and wages for driver and helper etc., complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Carting away the surplus excavated materials such as rock/earth from the site to a suitable distance of about 8Km including loading, unloading, conveyance charges and dumping the carted material at the contractors cost labour charges, all leads and lifts, all other incidental and operational charges etc complete as directed by the HMWSSB Engineers.
