RENDERING SERVICES FOR WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION AT JUTOGH UNDER GE JUTOGH

Outsourcing for Main pump house Jutogh water supply installation by providing following staff in three shifts per day daily round the clock including sunday & holiday for operation & maintenance of above maintioned installation complete all as specified and directed. Duty will be performed as under:

One unskilled helper per shift (each shift of 08 hours)

Main Pump House Installation consisting of the following :-

Generating set 100 KVA including with control panels & LT cables - 01 No (Pump House)

Building with inventory and surrounding areas.

Notes:- The following routine/preventive maintenance of the above plant/installations shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates:-

Cleaning of surroundings of the insallation bldg such as cutting grass, bushes scrubs, upto 3.00 metres and deposing the same not exceeding 50 meters distance from the surroundings and maintan the hygienic conditon - daily.

Checking of the DHPP (N)/oil level of the DG Set and fillup/toping up as required level - daily.

Checking of water level of radiator of diesel engine - daily.

Maintain the hourly log sheet of DG - daily.

Cleaning and removal of dust of DG Set, Panels.- daily

Switching of ON/OFF to the control panel/feeder as per requirement /instruction by Engineer-in-Charge time to time - round the clock.

Continuous monitoring (recording in log sheet) of measuring instruments voltmeter Ampere meter, Frequency, energy, PF etc and ensure the performance with limits as per standard norms - round the clock.

Checking of electrical connection of alternator - weekly.

To ensure charging of batteries with the existing battery charger held with department - weekly.

Checking & replacement carbon bushes of alternator, including electric connection and out put voltage - weekly

To maintain the fuel level of the tanks as and when required (Fuel is issued under Sch 'B' free for filling).

Checking and ensure proper level and specific gravity of electrolyte, battery terminls, including providing greases as and when required.

Greasing to the moveable parts of DG Set - Monthly.

Opening and closing the supply/ distribution valve at given time at various location - Daily

Outsourcing for Pump house Yadgar Gate, Jutogh water supply installation by providing following staff in three shifts per day daily round the clock including sunday & holiday for operation & maintenance of above maintioned installation complete all as specified and directed. Duty will be performed as under.

One skilled FGM per shift (each shift of 08 hours)

One unskilled helper per shift (each shift of 08 hours)

Notes:- Pump House Yadgar Gate Installation consisting of the following :-

Pump Set complete with accessories 01 Nos.

LT panel with incomming and outgoing for pump set - 01 Nos.

Underground sump of capacity 100000 Glns - 01 No.

Building with inventory and surrounding areas.

Starter, 3 Phase,415 V - 01 Nos.

Sluice valve/NRV of 100 mm/80 mm dia in size - 04 Nos.

GI Mains pump house to Ascon node with control valves - upto 500 Mtrs

Notes:-The following routine/Preventive maintaince of the above plants / Installations shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates :-

Cleaning of the surroundings of the installation bldg daily.

On/off of pump set for Main pump house.:Daily

Greasing/lubrication to bearing of pumps & motor monthly

Replacement of gland packing of pumps.as when required

Checking & tightening of coupling bolts, nuts:-Daily

Replacement of gland packing of valves:-Monthly

Replacement of flange gasket:-as when required

Repair to water supply mains including replacement of rubber gasket,nuts,bolts etc.

Checking,repair & maintaince of motor starter panel for tightening of electric connection, replacement of fuses:-Weekly as when required.

Maintaince & recording of daily log sheet:-Hourly

cleaning of plant/equipements and plant room :- Daily

Up keep and to maintain hygienic environment to the water resevoirs,& plant room round the clock.

Cleaning of the surrounding area of O/H tank/Under ground sump :-when required.

Opening and closing the supply/ distribution valve at given time at various location - Daily

Checking the distribution and main rising pipe line and rectified the minor leakage- Daily

Chemical use carefully for maintained the water quality, checking TDS & records maintained properly.

NOTES FOR SER ITEM NO 1 TO 2 ABOVE

It is services which are to be outsourced and not the manpower.

Department will have no liability during manning and operation or thereafter occurring on account of employement of trade men employed by contractor.

Contractor is responsible for proper upkeep of installation by contractor.

Contractor is responsible for security of installation by contractor. Any loss / damage to any part of installation will be made good by the contractor.

In case of indecipline , misbehaviour, consuming alcohal and non perform duty properly , staff will be removed at any time without any notice and contractor must be provided replacement.

Proper Handing/Taking over of assets of the area and their safe custody will be ensured by the contractor. Deficiency of item will not be entertained at the end of the contract period. Any theft/loss occurred during the currency of the contract will be brought to the knowledge of Engr-in charge immediately.

Staff (all trade) will always remain on duty in an approved dress by G E and maintained the connected documents as log book, Attendence register, installation running record book, water sample maintained book etc and checking daily by Engr-In-Charge.

Contractor will be provided the T & P (Spanner set) to tradesman and also provide the log sheet, Plant running book, proper uniform etc and all records maintained properly.

Installation and complex should be kept clean and tidy in presentable look, otherwise a recovery at the double rate of quoted will be charged if the installation and its complex are not kept clean al the times.

Negligence of duty during manning and operations, maintaining of records will be takent seriously and compensation will be made as per contract procedures.

Contractor shall ensure that no worker shall work more that 48 hrs in a week.and arrage the suitable reliever to each worker.

FGM shall be ITI pass or minimum matriculate with three years experience in the trade from recognized government institution.

Any one absent on duty, a recovery at the double rate of quoted rate will be recovered from the contractor dues.

Contractor will submit Educational qualification/Experience Certificate alongwith ID proof, Photo, Bank Account Details, Character Certificate, ESIC/EPF details of his staff as per labour laws and get approval from Accepting officer .

Contractor will provide proper electrical & Fire safety instructions/ safty guidlenes to his staff. Department is not liable in case of any accident.

Contractor will be responsible for provinding first Aid medical facility to all FGM & helper.

Any compenents/fixtures reqd for replacement shall be issued by the department and U/S items deposite to AGE E/M store Yard.

With each RAR Payment the contractor will deposit attendance register as a proof of payment through e-payment made to the staff with duly signed by Staff and Contractor.

Penalty clause for no operation due to any reason.

All labour laws/ acts and IAFW-2249 as amended from time to time must be adhere by thecontractor during the contract period.

Rate quoted against items deemed to be included cost of tools and plants, transportation, Bonus, Uniform, Safety equipments, GST, LWC, EPF/ESIC etc.
