M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion including priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint on surfaces of walls over a coat of wall putty to make surfaces smooth.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing rubbish off the premises. all as directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300x200x6-7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on other then fair faces of brick work etc complete.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square or rectingular)area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc complete.

M L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coat of synthetic enemal paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed

Hacking out broken glass from aluminium frame and S & F sheet glass, 4.8mm thick, ordinary quality area exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane fixed with rubber beading, complete all as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality) from wooden frames and supply and fixing sheet glass 4mm thick, ordinary quality area n exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane, glazing with putty/ wooden beads, complete all as directed.

Hacking out the old broken glass (any thickness, size) from steel frame glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads and supply and fix pin headed glass of 4mm thick fixed with oil putty and clips in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each, complete all as directed.

M&L double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed including taking out the old damaged spring of any description and in any position and making good all disturbed surfaces to match with adjoining surface, complete all as directed.
