W.B.M (Grade-2) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63mm to 45 mm to water bound macadam (G-2) specification including spreading in uniform loose thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50/9.00 cm thickness to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Including All material T&P, Labour cess etc But Excluding cost of GST

W.B.M (Grade-3) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform loose thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50 cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.Including All material T&P, Labour cess etc But Excluding cost of GST

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulson using bitumen emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.70 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 502. Including All material T&P, Labour cess etc But Excluding cost of GST and Bitumen

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Including All material T&P, Labour cess etc But Excluding cost of GST and Bitumen

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Including All material T&P, Labour cess etc But Excluding cost of GST and Emulsion

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Including All material T&P, Labour cess etc But Excluding cost of GST and Emulsion

Brick edging 7.00 cm. wide on both sides of the road by M-150 bricks complete as per PWD detailed specification No. 20.15 as per Technical Specification clause Including All material T&P, Labour cess etc But Excluding cost of GST

Construction of subgrade & earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 Including All material T&P, Labour cess etc But Excluding cost of GST

PART A Maintainance cost :- Maintainance cost will be paid year wise as per Government order No. 17/2024/SA.-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Date 16.01.2024 and HQ UPPWD,Lucknow order No. 3689COPRMC/Mul-23-24 Date 17.02.2024

1st year- maintainance cost 0% on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

2nd year- maintainance cost 0.75% on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

3rd year- maintainance cost 1.50 % on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

4th year- maintainance cost 2.25% on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

5th year- maintainance cost 3.00 % on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)
