Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Financial year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and thirty first day of March inclusive

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount 30% of the Estimated cost of Rs. 15.12 Lakhs As specified in the e-procurement portal. (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement.

Tenderer shall note that the tenderers those found Eligible to the conditions mentioned in Section-3 Qualification Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) will only be considered for further evaluation.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tendercapacity is equal to AxNx2.5 - B where A is equal to Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years updated to 2023-24 price level taking into accountthe completed as well as works in progress N is equal to Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited is equal to 0.50 Year B is equal to Value, at 2024-25 price level of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.50 Year form the probable date of Award of this contract

The defect liability period is 2 years from the date of complication of work failing which action will be taken as per tender condition

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP portal.

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason

The Item Rate quoted shall include the Royalty charges on Construction materials and other taxes as applicable.

The Project Completion Period is 6 Months including rainy season

The tendered shall scan the original ownership document/ lease / hire committment Agreement scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced at the time of opening of Technical Bid & copies attested by Notary/Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be submitted for records.

The tenderer shall obtain the workdone certificate of single similar nature workdone certificate 50% of amount put to tender in the prescribed format from the competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District level Officer) and scan the original Certificate and attach the scanned file Certificate/ Certificates shall be produced at the time of opening of Bids for physical verification.

The tenderer shall submit the workdone certificate of similar nature road work of 50% of amount put to tender in the prescribed format and 80% of quantities mentioned in the bid document in the prescribed format from the competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District level Officer) and scan the original Certificate and attach the scanned file Certificate/ Certificates shall be produced at the time of opening of Bids for physical verification.

Technical Criteria

General

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
