Supply and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically. (ii) Cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling is included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing Power coated anodised aluminium door, window and ventilator shutters sliding/hung type, without sash bar, aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 kg / m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 5 to 5.50mm thick glass for fixing in aluminium door and Window, partitions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to frame work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for Aluminium (extruded section ) body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 12mm thick perforated particle board / tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60 x 60 cm in size, fixed with staples on snap grid in ceiling, flat or sloping etc including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 600 x 600 mm, 6 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards laid/ inserted to aluminium framework including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair anodised aluminium snap grid (size of grid 605 x 605mm) frame work for false ceiling including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour 12 mm thick plywood, grade BWP, type BB, fixed in repair with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L decorative laminate type, 0.9 mm thick of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair block boards, 18/19mm thick, grade 1 quality , exterior grade, decorative type, with decorative face veneers on both faces fixed to wooden frame work as in shutters and shelves of cabinets, cupboards, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6mm thick teak wood lipping for 8/19mm thick block board or veneered particle board fixed with nails, all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 12 mm thick frameless toughned glass door (flat) openable type including suitable hinges for fixing to walls /ceiling and floor stopper complete set with stainless steel handles etc.,

Supply & Fix in repairs second class hard wood small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including all necessary labours articles not exceeding 200 cubic. cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Taking down carefully the Split type Air conditioner Indoor/Out door units of capacity 1.5/2.0 Ton with Voltage stabilizer of capacity 3/4/5 KVA comlete all accessories (brackest,Nut bolts and Washers), from existing installed position and refixing the same without any damage any leaking of refrigerant, testing & arresting the leakages in condenser coil by brazing etc complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Gas Charging shall be mesasured and paid separately under relavent item

Material and Labour for complete servicing after pumping down Indoor/outdoor units of split AC complete by cleaning condenser/ Evaporator coil with air blower, wet servicing of condenser coil unit with caustic soda etc, replacement of sheet metal screws wherever necessary applying oil in fan motor bushes checking and rectifying the wiring defects, proper setting of thermostat & other electrical/ Refrigerent controls, cleaning the air filter, connecting up all connections and testing after gas charging if required all as directed for Split type Air Conditioner up to 1.5/2.0 Ton. Note :- The rate deemed includes for minor spares

Material and Labour for charging of refrigerant gas F-22 / R-22 /R-32 / R-134A to the Split type air conditioner after vaccumising the complete system & pressure test with nitrogen to ensure complete system leak proof, testing of air conditioners for proper functioning & cooling effect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Copper refrigerant pipe Copper tube 1/2 x 1/4 inch, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Copper refrigerant pipe Copper tube 5/8 x 1/4 inch, all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for taking out defective PVC flexible connector and Fixing heavy duty PVC flexible connection 15mm dia and 450mm long with nuts/ washers on either end all as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs sheet Metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB 20Amps 'C' curve fixed on surface/concealed in walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Sub main wiring with two run 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS cable with stranded copper conductor and one run of size 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS cable with stranded copper conductor copper conductor as earth wire drawn in & including PVC conduit size of 25mm dia, complete all as specified & directed

Supply & fixing in replacement; distribution board double door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy phosphatised, powder painted, surface mounting SPN 12 way, 240V with bus bar rating 200 A dust and vermin proof, neutral links, earth bar and din rail blanking plates; double door suitable for incorportation of MCB's and isolators etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement MCB TPN 63A 10KA current rating, 240V,50 Hz, AC short circuit protection and rupturing capacity (breaking)10 KA, ISI marked and confirming to IS/IEC 60898-1 2002.and suitable for lighting and other domestic loads, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement MCB SPN 16/20 A 10 KAcurrent rating, 240V,50 Hz, AC short circuit protection and rupturing capacity (breaking)10 KA, ISI marked and confirming to IS/IEC 60898-1 2002 ..and suitable for lighting and other domestic loads, complete all as specified & directed

Supply & fixing in replacement of Cable PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core 4 Sqmm copper conductor, complete all as specified & directed

Supply & fixing in replacement of unserviceable outdoor mounting stand set with new one for outdoor unit of Split type Air Conditioning including brackest, nut bolts & wahers etc, complete all as specified & directed

Supply & fixing in replacement outlived Insulating teflon sheets from the existing copper tubes of Split type Air conditioners from inner unit to outer unit complete all as specified and directed.,

Material & Labour for making suitable hole 50mmdia wide and 450mm dia depth for drawing copper tubes and drain pipe with out distrubing surface, all as specified & directed.
