REPAIR TO CERTAIN INTERNAL ROADS AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE GWALIOR

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm each and depth exc 50 mm but n.exc 100 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates (Limestone, sand stone, Flint or Quartzite) of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with power roller 8 to 12 ton complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with using paving bitumen VG-30 at 10 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam (design mix) with using paving bitumen VG-30 with bitumen content @ 4.00% of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finaaly fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all as loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5.00 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix with using paving vitumen VG-30 laid/spread uniformly by means of pavers over primed black top surfaces, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to pothholes of any depth not exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free dust and mud etc or water scoring sunken surface of roads, path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer VG-30 @ 5.00 Kg/10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminious macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder (paving bitumen VG-30) @ 9.80 kg per 10.00 sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, 6.30 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow (retro reflective thermo plastic road marking paint 1.50 mm thick, uniform finish yellow/white in colour, applied by machine) till not receive adequate coats and conforming to BS 3262-1989, including cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.
