Renovation of Conference Hall Providing, fitting fixing and furnishing of wall panelling made of 12mm HDHMR premium quality ply and 2mm thick (glossy or mat finished ) mica approved brand of approved quality over fram of vertical 19mm thick HDHMR ply placed 1' C/C including cost of all materials carriage labour and T&P etc complete

Providing & fixing Plain Gypsum board ceiling suspended from roof by adjustable G.I. ceiling angle with spread at a distance not more than 600mm fixed to roof by Rowl Plug & stiff cleat, Gupsum board 12.5mm thick held by G.I. perimeter channel MF-3 & intermediate channel MF-7, framing, boarding, jointing & finishing with special type of gypsum compound etc. including cost , conveyance of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete.

Providing fixing and fitting of Cornice for Gypsum borad ceiling 4'' wide of approved quality and approved make confirming to I S with necessary bends etc.complete fixed to wall with Screw etc asper the direction of EIC. including cost of all material labour T&P etc complete.

Supplying and fitting fixing of Un-plasticised poly vinyl choloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL VEKA LTD) Ventilator / Top Hung -60 series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profile of 60 mm X 55 mm X 2.5 mm for outer frames 75 mm X 60 mm X 2.25 mm for casement window sash profile capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with hot dip galavanished up to 50 micron of minimum thickness of 1.5 mm pre fabricated & welded through fusion clear toughned glass of SAINT-GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 No. per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant easy glazing/deglazing at site etc including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14, EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.(excluding GST)

Supplying fitting and fixing 32mm thick FLUSH DOOR both side skin moulded at in back and the size of outer frame being of 33 x 57 mm. Accessories/gaskets are to be used as per the manufacturers supply and specification like handle, lock and floor spring of approved quality including cost conveyance and labour with T&P etc. complete. (excluding GST)

Enamel Painting Two coats over a coat of priming to Wood work and Iron work including cost of the primer and sand papering polishging the surface with cost conveyance cess and royalities of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect.

Water Proofing Removing old tarfelt from roof slab, cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris with in 50m lead including cost of all labour with T&P etc. complete

Providing sika water proofing treatment with 3mm thick glass fibre reinforced Atactic Poly Propelyne (APP) medmber (Sika WP shield 102F) over one coat of sika WP shield APP primer including cost of gas heating torch and hire charges.

2.5cm thick grading concrete of proportion (1:2:2) over roof including cost, conveyance, royality cess of all materials, all taxes, T&P etc required for the work complete in respect, as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of GCI/A.C. sheet roofing and removing the debris within 50m lead including stacking the useful materials for reuse with cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete,.

Supplying providing fixing of MS agnular to the required sized and specification of approved design with cost and conveyance royality and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per drawing and technical specifiction and as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing plain formed Metashield (Crill sheet) standard back cost coloured 0.5 nominal TCT 600mm in standard length at 300mm with supporting steps jointing materials etc including cost of all materials, machineries T&P etc Metashield EPG-10 Grace special polyester colour coating of 20 micron DFT on exposed surface and 5 micron DFT on Roof sheet.

RCC Drain & Internal parking Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site within 50m initial lead & 1.5m initial lifts with sundries & T&P required for the work complete including cost of all labour,labour cess,T&P,sundries etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with good quality river sand including watering, ramming with cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

R.C.C. work of M-20 grade having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200 Kg/Cm2 at 28 days using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering, curing for 28 days, centring & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary in all floors including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials , cost of all labour with cost of all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or steel & binding wires and labour charges for strengthening, cutting, bending grills and placing in proper position etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying fitting and fixing HYSD bars reinforcement in foundation, substructure and superstructures as per drawing and technical specifications as per section 1600 of MORT&H specifcation and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying factory made 80mm thick paver block charmfered edge cement concrete paver blocks of required strength thickness & size made by table v or equivalent moulds, laid in required gray colour and pattern over 80mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks. including cost conveyance labour with T&P etc complete.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with labour,labour cess and T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Carriage of earth by mechanical means within 5km. Lead away from the site including cost of all labour , T&P complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
