Supplying and filling in basement with Quarry dust, filling in layers of not more than 150mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidated by hand/mechanical roller including watering, leveling, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4.5:8 using 25mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for leveling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. (The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.) Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at third party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all in-situ item. Note:1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour,equipment charges for mixing & cost of admixture. chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in frresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2.Test certificate of cement,procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the contractor. 3.The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m of concrete mentioned below for relevent grade of concrete.Any upward /downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in scedule F (6a.M35 grade with 380 kg. of cement per Cu.m. of concrete for all floors)

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers of approved size, quality and make as per requirements as per specifications and drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing "Sandwich" puff roofing sheets of approved manufacturers made out of 0.47mm thick colour coated Galvalume AZ-150, 550mpa colour coated Galvalume RAL 9003 liner with centre core made with 50mm thick Polyurethane of Density 68kg/Cum to the required size as per the site condition (Approximately 1.0m width and 7.0m long) necessary over lapping, driven screws, labour for fixing in position transportation etc, trimming, cutting to profile foam fillers all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturer specification. Note: Only laid area without overlapping will be measured for payment.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:5 including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors. mm1b) For First floor

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing and painting with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) using APCODUR-CF-641 finishing coat at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacture' specification including a priming coat if spacified by the manufacturr, preparation of surface and etched with 10% commercial Hydrochloric acid wherever necessary and neutralizing the acid etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash nealy and washing with sufficient water , after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compount if reuired, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the hole , joints , cracks if any, ect. complete all as per manufacturers Technical Data and as directed at site to achieve 150micron Dry film thickness (50 Micron Primer coat and 150micron finishing coat). (Contractor has to provide Elcometer sampling sheets ect. at his cost for testing film thickness)

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.NOTE:Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins etc.with curved profile of members using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note. Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and laying 40mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
